He’s hard working and has a lot of responsibility (and stress) in his life…

He’s somewhat overweight, despite being somewhat health conscious…

He exercises, but not as much as he knows he probably should…

He eats plenty of healthy foods, but also indulges at times – feasting on pizza, pasta, burgers, sweet foods, alcohol and so on…

He does not sleep as well as he’d like…

Let’s get into it…

15 Strategies to Safely Improve Your Sexual Performance – Giving You Harder Erections and Increased Stamina…

Before we get into it, I want to reiterate something I regularly say:

That sexual performance comes down to 3 major things:

1. Good Circulation (so blood can flow easily to your manhood)

2. Healthy Testosterone Levels (important for sex-drive and erection quality)

3. Low Stress Levels (because too much stress is an erection killer… and also ruins your stamina)

Those 3 points in mind, I’ll give you the 15 strategies like this:

FIRST 5 Strategies: ways to improve Circulation.

SECOND 5 Strategies: ways to improve Testosterone.

THIRD 5 Strategies: ways to lower Stress.

My advice?

Take AT LEAST 1 strategy for each category and use it daily.

Better still – take 2 or 3.

Best of all?

Be a BADASS, work on yourself properly, and do all 15 (after all, you’ll be DEAD one day, so what better way is there to use time other than to work on yourself? Think about this for a second before reading on!)

Here’s the list…

Strategies to Improve Circulation…

1. Eat Properly

If you eat the Standard American Diet – that’s mostly made up of processed, bland, beige foods…

With tons of white flour, refined sugar and trans fats…

In very simple terms – you will, over time and distance, slowly but surely clog up your arteries… RUIN your circulation…

And, most likely…

Make your Penis go LIMP.

When I say “eat properly” I mean this:

Eat a natural, minimally processed diet, made up of organic and wild foods where possible. Foods emphasized should be fruits, vegetables, organic meat and poultry, wild fish, raw organic dairy, carefully selected carbs (root veggies probably best), and healthy fats (avocado, coconut oil, raw butter etc).

If you eat like that 90% of the time, then the odd ice cream, slice of pizza or beer at the weekend should be okay.

2. Take a Daily Walk

How long for?

10 minutes is okay.

20 minutes is better.

30-60 minutes is best.

If you want to do two or three shorter walks throughout the day, that’s okay too.

Just get the walking in – because it’s good for your entire cardiovascular system, and your circulation…

And therefore: your cock and sexual performance too.

3. Drink Your Greens

The Standard American Diet is very acidic. And makes your blood flow very sluggish.

Greens tend to be very alkaline and improve blood flow – and therefore support erection quality too.

You have options here:

  • One option is to make a juice – something like 1 cucumber, 1 pack of celery, 1 bag of greens and a little lemon or lime works well. Add 1-3 apples if you need to sweeten it
  • Another option is to buy some green powder – I like Wheatgrass – add 1-2 tsp to water once or twice a day, and drink it down. Very simple, very effective

I notice that when I do this consistently, my cardio is better on the Tennis Court, and I feel WAY MORE ENERGIZED throughout the day.

4. Ditch the Cigs

I won’t go on a RANT about smoking right now. Because, let’s face it – if you smoke, you already know you shouldn’t (if you value your health).

But, maybe your HEALTH isn’t enough motivation to get you to STOP…

So how about your cock?

Smoking is 100% a BAD IDEA for your cock… you’re more likely to suffer from ED if you smoke. Period. Full Stop. The End.

5. Take Alpha Strength

 

Why?

6. Eat Healthy Fats

The Standard American Diet encourages you to eat loads of WHITE FLOUR – bread, pizza pasta etc…

And very little in the way of healthy fats – olive oil, coconut oil, raw butter, oily fish and so on.

How’s that worked out for Americans?

Well, let’s just be blunt…

They’re just about the FATTEST, SICKEST people on the planet – despite spending more money on “healthcare” than any other nation on the planet.

Does anyone else smell something fishy going on here?

Hold that thought for another day.

The key point here is…

If you want to improve your Testosterone Levels, you need to eat healthy fats. And that’s a good thing, because fats taste GOOD.

7. Do Some Resistance Training

Resistance Training improves Testosterone Levels, Bone Density, and encourages the growth of Muscle and improvements in Strength.

So long as you do your resistance training in a sensible way, and execute the exercises with good technique…

There is NO downside!

If you have no idea how to do effective resistance training, you could try the “3-5 x 3-5 Method”…

Which I first learned from Pavel Tsatsouline.

It goes like this:

You train 3-5 days a week…

You choose 3-5 exercises…

You do 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps per exercise…

And you rest 3-5 minutes between sets.

A typical workout might look like this:

A1. Press Ups: 5 x 5 sets

A2. Rows: 5 x 5 set

B. Kettlebell Squats: 5 x 3 sets

You do a set of A1, then rest 90 seconds. Do a set of A2, then rest 90 seconds. Repeat for 4 more rounds. Then move onto B and rest 180 seconds between sets.

Simple.

Honestly though, if you have no idea what you’re doing with resistance training, get a TRAINER. If you can’t afford a trainer, at least read some good books and watch some videos on YouTube.

One book I highly recommend you read on the subject of resistance training is Dinosaur Training by Brooks Kubik (it’s a book about resistance training specifically for older guys!)

8. Sleep 8 Hours a Night

Sleep = higher energy, better mood, increased testosterone, greater sex-drive, harder erections and more.

Unfortunately, most American men sleep badly and get nowhere near the recommended 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep each night that most experts recommend.

If you want to optimize your Sexual Performance – then improving your sleep quality is high up on the list of “musts”…

Easiest way to do it?

Take my Alpha Sleep Formula, and:

  • Have your last meal at least 3 hours BEFORE bed
  • Buy a really comfortable mattress
  • Ensure your bedroom is pitch black and cool

9. Optimize your Vitamin D3 and K2 Levels

Vitamin D is essential for immune system function and testosterone levels (and therefore: sex-drive and erection quality too).

Many people have been scaremongered into thinking the sun = cancer. In reality, the sun is extremely healthy (so long as you don’t spend so long in it that you burn).

Darker skinned folks need more sun exposure and are the most likely to benefit from Vitamin D3 supplementation. Though most Americans would benefit.

Alpha Strength contains a decent dose of D3 and K2 (you need K2 in the right combination with D3, otherwise it can be dangerous).

Honestly though, you may want to take even more D3 and K2, in addition to what you get in Alpha Strength.

Of course, the only way to know how much you need is to get regular blood work and monitor your Vitamin D levels.

Whatever you do, just know that having LOW Vitamin D – like most Americans do – is setting you up for lowered immunity, increased risk of many dis-eases, and low testosterone (which will lead to low sex-drive and weaker sexual performance).

Strategies to Lower Stress Levels…

11. Breathe Through Your Nose

Nasal breathing significantly LOWERS stress levels as compared to mouth breathing.

When stressed, it’s very easy to end up mouth breathing without even realizing – and the simple act of being conscious of your breath, and then going back to nasal breathing, can lower your stress levels immediately!

I’ve also read studies that show that heart rate is lower when you breathe nasally, as is blood pressure.

It would therefore make sense that blood flow is better when you nasal breathe – and therefore: your sexual performance and erection quality will be better too!

Bottom line?

Unless you’re talking (or kissing a beautiful woman)…

You’d be better off shutting your f**king mouth 😉

12. Mediate

20 minutes a day, 5 or 6 days a week (or every day if you’re 100% “all in”) WILL change your life.

If you want more peace, relaxation and calm… and less anger, frustration, impatience, stress, worry, and fear…

Then Meditation is a “must.”

13. Sleep

We already spoke about the importance of sleep earlier – because it improves Testosterone Levels.

But it also REDUCES STRESS.

14. Find Your True Purpose

If you live life “just trying to get by”
