By David Stephenson
Hi, it’s David Stephesnon here and I’m happy for you, because you’ve made the wise decision to invest in some ProstaClear – a Scientifically Supported Formula, designed to support your prostate health.
I realize you’re looking forward to getting the best results possible with ProstaClear, so that you can experience things like:
- Peeing freely and easily (without pain or discomfort)

- Optimal sexual function
- A lifestyle where you can do what you want, when you want, without constantly having to worry about where the nearest toilet is
In this blog post, and the ones that follow, I want to show you:
How to Get Maximum Results from ProstaClear…
The first step to getting MAXIMUM RESULTS and achieving better Prostate Health is an obvious one…
But many people who buy supplements actually fail to do it!
And that is to simply to take ProstaClear consistently, every day, as per the recommendations on the label…
To make it as easy as possible to stick to this recommendation, I recommend you take ProstaClear at a set time each day….
It doesn’t matter WHEN you take it, just decide on a time, and take it then. 2 capsules a day. That’s it. Simple.
Honestly, for many guys, just taking ProstaClear is going to be enough to bring the prostate back to a more normal size, to pee more freely and easily, sleep better, and so on.
However, some men may need to do more, especially if their prostate issues have been going on for a long time, and/or if the prostate enlargement is severe.
Other men with only minor prostate issues may still want to do MORE, simply because all the things I’m about to share with you not only benefit your Prostate…
They actually benefit – and improve – your entire HEALTH and WELL-BEING!
Let’s get into it…
How Nutrition Affects Your Prostate Health…
Can what you eat, and drink, affect your prostate health?
You bet it can!
When you ordered ProstaClear, I explained to you that the primary CAUSES of prostate enlargement are:
1. Excessive Estrogen (as you age, Testosterone tends to be converted into Estrogen)
2. Excessive Estrogen build up in your body, because your Liver isn’t functioning well enough to get rid of it
Why is this bad?
Because science has shown that Estrogen is ANABOLIC – it makes things GROW, including your Prostate!
So what do I recommend when it comes to nutrition and prostate health?
Generally speaking, for overall health and wellness, I recommend you drink plenty of water, and eat organic, minimally processed, home prepared foods…
Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, raw organic dairy, low mercury fish, free range organic poultry, and grass fed organic meats.
Kind of obvious stuff, that many guys know they should be doing, but very few actually do!
Beyond that, I recommend you really think about NOT eating foods, or drinking drinks, that are going to increase the estrogen within your body.
The question is:
What foods increase estrogen?
Here’s a list of some of the worst offenders:
- Anything in PLASTIC. Avoid eating or drinking from plastic containers because the plastic has been proven to leach into the food/drink, then you consume it (and this actually raises your Estrogen Levels)
- Soy. Proven to increase Estrogen (avoiding it is surprisingly difficult if you eat processed foods, because it’s in so many processed foods)
- Alcohol – proven to raise Estrogen Levels (if you can’t live without it, I’d suggest only drinking it in moderation)
I’d also recommend you avoid anything that contains refined sugar, and anything that contains trans fats – because these two food groups are terrible for your overall health, vitality and well-being, and do not positively affect your prostate health in any way.
The easiest way to avoid these 2 food groups is to stop eating processed foods, and stop drinking soda.
Tips:
- As a replacement for refined sugar, try using Raw Honey or Organic Maple Syrup
- To avoid Trans Fats, cook with fats that have a high smoking point (like Coconut Oil or Butter), and use things like Olive Oil and Avocado Oil RAW, as salad dressings.
How Exercise Affects Your Estrogen Levels and Prostate Health…
Everybody knows that exercise plays a key role in being healthy.
But, many people exercise in ways that actually reduce their health, and, in some cases, worsen their prostate health!
How so?
Well, you remember that Estrogen makes things grow, right?
And, as you age, more and more of your Testosterone is converted to Estrogen (unless you do something to stop it, like taking ProstaClear)?
Here’s the thing…
If you exercise INCORRECTLY, you can create more STRESS than your body can handle…
And when stress goes UP, so do your Estrogen levels! Likely making your prostate issues worse.
So how should you exercise, if you want to lose some body-fat, gain a little strength and muscle, and AVOID raising your Estrogen Levels?
Here are 4 thoughts and suggestions to help you exercise in a way that’s healthy:
- Go for a daily walk – this is great for your Cardiovascular Health, and is low impact and low stress, so won’t raise your estrogen levels (10 minutes plus is good. If you’re fit and in shape, 30-60 minutes is even better)
- If you play sports – like tennis or racquetball… or you do cardio that’s more intense than walking – such as running, swimming or cycling – be sure to not push it too hard (if you feel sore for days afterwards, or simply feel completely drained and wiped out the next day, chances are you’re pushing too hard, creating too much stress, and actually increasing your estrogen levels)
- Do some resistance training 2-4 times a week – to encourage healthy testosterone levels and build some muscle and strength (again though, don’t push too hard… if you wake up feeling like you’ve been hit by a truck the next day, sore from head-to-toe, you’ve probably pushed too hard, raised your stress levels, and increased your estrogen levels)
- If you really love exercise, like I do, be sure to have a day or two of REST each week (you can still go for a walk on these days, and do stretching and mobility movements, but don’t do HARD cardio or resistance training on these “rest days”). These rest days are essential for recovery, and keeping your estrogen levels in check
How Sleep Affects Your Prostate Health…
The math here is very simple…
- When you sleep well – getting 8 deep, uninterrupted hours each night – you’re far more likely to have healthy Testosterone Levels, and healthy Cortisol (stress) Levels…
- However, when you sleep badly (like 90% of US Men do), and fail to get the recommended 8 hours of quality sleep each night – your Stress Levels go UP, and so do your Estrogen Levels!
- Once your estrogen levels go up, due to poor quality sleep, your Prostate is likely to get BIGGER, not smaller (making your bathroom habits even more uncomfortable, frequent and disruptive to your quality of life)
The question is:
How can you improve your sleep?
- First, start off by getting your bedroom in good order… blackout blinds for total darkness, a comfortable mattress, and a cool temperature are important
- Next, get into some kind of Routine that helps you get to sleep, before you go to bed (eating your final meal of the day at least 3 hours before bed, not drinking within an hour of going to bed, taking a cool shower just before bed, and even meditating, can all help)
- Finally, try some easy, yet advanced strategies to further improve your sleep quality – turning off all the electrical devices in your bedroom, including your mobile phone can really help your sleep quality. As can sleeping on “grounded” bed sheets (read Earthing: The Greatest Health Discovery Ever to learn more. You’ll find it on Amazon)
Conclusion:
- To get your Prostate Health under control, be sure to take ProstaClear daily, as directed on the label
- In terms of Nutrition, eat a healthy, organic, minimally processed diet (and avoid estrogen boosting foods and drinks – anything containing soy, refined sugar and alcohol)
- Exercise regularly, but not so hard that it leaves you tired and sore (pushing too hard when exercising can actually raise estrogen, and therefore – make your prostate enlargement worse)
- Optimize your Sleep Quality to reduce your stress levels, lower your estrogen levels and support a healthy prostate
Note: if you have trouble sleeping through the night, I recommend you try The Alpha Sleep Formula from The New Alpha. I’ve been using it a while now – for nearly 6 months – and my sleep quality has improved remarkably. I also like the fact it’s all-natural, non-habit forming and leaves me energized in the morning (not drowsy).
