This is the 3rd and final part of this series on how to maximize your results from ProstaClear, and get back to peeing freely and easily.
In this article I want to show you a list of things you’d be wise to avoid if you want to reduce your prostate enlargement.
Please keep in mind however, that the easiest way to support your Prostate Health is to take ProstaClear daily, as per the recommendations on the label.
Let’s get into it…
10 Common, Everyday Toxins, Poisons and Stressors to Avoid…
1. Eating and Drinking from Plastic Bottles and Containers
Plastic is proven to leach into the food and drinks. That plastic then gets inside your body, and through some complex (and totally proven) scientific mechanisms causes your ESTROGEN levels to go UP (which, as you know by now, is extremely bad news for your prostate).
2. Eating Anything that Contains Soy
Soy INCREASES estrogen levels.
Not good if you want to reduce the size of your prostate.
Many vegans eat soy as a protein source – but I think they’d be better off sticking to nuts and seeds.
3. Consuming Refined Sugar
Because it has a bad effect on your Estrogen Levels and therefore your prostate health too.
Of course, cutting refined sugar out of your diet will benefit your overall health and well-being, not just prostate health.
4. Drinking Alcohol
Raises Estrogen. Therefore, it’s a “no-go” if you have BPH and want to get rid of it.
Alcohol is also bad for your brain and waistline, just in case you need more reasons to give it up (or at least cut back).
5. Exercising Too Hard
Granted, most people don’t exercise enough. But some push it too hard – leading to “over-training.”
Tell tale signs include:
- Feeling extremely tired and sore after exercise
- Recovering more slowly than usual
- Wanting to sleep more than usual
- Wanting to sleep, but not being able to sleep well
- Loss of libido
- Loss of appetite
- Loss of desire to exercise
- Poor mood/feeling depressed
6. Arguments with Your Woman!
Nobody likes an argument, but we all have them from time to time.
However, if those arguments become too FREQUENT, and the issues that cause the arguments never really get resolved, then that becomes a huge source of STRESS (and that stress typically causes Estrogen to go UP and BPH to get worse).
7. Working Too Much or Working Too Hard
If you have that feeling that “there’s too much to do and not enough time” – then it’s a big STRESS… which will likely raise estrogen and cause more prostate enlargement.
8. Radiation from Your Mobile Phone
It’s proven that mobile phones give off radiation. And they know this radiation is extremely toxic to humans.
They’ve shown it lowers Testosterone, and we can probably assume it also increases estrogen – making it very bad news for your prostate and entire reproductive health.
My advice?
Put it on flight mode whenever you don’t need it on. And avoid carrying it in the pocket of your pants, right next to your manhood!
9. Big Media
How does this affect your prostate?
Well, Big Media’s reporting is mostly very NEGATIVE. Negativity sells newspapers, and hooks in viewers, unfortunately.
So if you tune into it 3 times a day, like many folks do, that’s A LOT of negativity that you’re exposing yourself to.
Said differently:
That’s a lot of STRESS you’re exposing yourself to – likely leading to excess estrogen and more prostate growth.
Note: a similar argument could be made about Social Media (though I feel that’s more a younger person’s issue!)
10. Depression
Depression is a huge cause of stress. It’s proven to lower Testosterone. It likely raises estrogen, and is therefore a bad thing for your prostate.
I have 5 suggestions for overcoming depression:
- Get a good therapist who listens well and can help you move forwards in your life
- Mediate for 20 minutes a day (it’ll be tough at first, but the more you do it, the better it’ll get, and the better it’ll feel)
- Find something you are passionate about, or something you find interesting or exciting, and do that thing often (preferably daily)
- Take a walk each day and come up with some empowering affirmations that you can repeat as you walk (for instance: I am healthy, strong and happy… say it over and over again, until you really start to feel it)
- Do the Wim Hof Method (see part 2 of this series for more details)

29/01/2023 - 10:59 pmAdam, Thanks for all that you do for the Knowledge that you give! Although I haven’t been a regular purchaser I can attest that ‘Rock-Hard’ clearly works. I’ve tried some others but did not give those a fair chance because there is more to it than swallowing some supplements, It takes dedication and persistence, I know this but don’t follow through and I wonder why I don’t. I used to play Ice Hockey which is all determination and grit and I did it without thinking. I need to figure out a way to dedicate myself to getting and being healthier, had no idea about plastic bottles, we’re all in trouble with that, what can you recommend as an alternative? Again, thanks for all that you do

30/01/2023 - 2:44 amHi Mark, you’re welcome! Glad you enjoy Rock Hard.
Re: alternative to plastic… glass is much better. For drinking bottles I think stainless
steel is okay, and copper can be good too.
Hope this helps,
Adam
