How to Increase Testosterone in 5 Simple, Proven Ways

If You’d Like to Safely and Naturally Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Here’s Exactly How to Do It…

By Adam Armstrong

As a man, ensuring you have healthy Testosterone Levels is quite a challenge once you get past 30, because Science has PROVEN at that age, Testosterone starts to decline.

However, the speed at which your Testosterone Levels decline is very much up to YOU! It all depends on your lifestyle, and what you to do increase your T-Levels.

Before I share 5 simple, safe and highly effective ways to boost your Testosterone Levels, let’s first go over the key benefits of this important hormone.

Having Healthy Testosterone Levels helps you to experience:

  • High libido and Strong Sexual Performance (meaning: you shouldn’t have any problems ‘Getting It Up’)
  • High Levels of Muscle Mass and Strength (assuming you also do some kind of sensible resistance based exercise. Strength training – with exercises like Squats, Pulls and Presses – done for sets of 1-5 reps, is the obvious choice here)
  • Low Levels of Body-Fat (helping you to show off your Muscle, and have a lean, hard, defined midsection)
  • Lots of Drive, Determination, Ambition, Passion and Enthusiasm (and less mental weakness, fear, anxiety, stress, worry and so on)

As you can see, the benefits of having High Testosterone are very significant.

And, the problems associated with LOW Testosterone are well worth being aware of too. For example:

  • Fatigue
  • Loss of Bone Density
  • Erectile Problems
  • Weight Gain
  • Depression

Clearly, low testosterone is an absolute KILLER  of your manliness!

According to Dr Axe, the following things can all negatively affect your Testosterone Levels (so you’d be very wise to avoid them):

  • Chronic Stress and High Cortisol
  • Poor Nutrition
  • Imbalanced Mircoflora (meaning: gut problems relating to too much bad bacteria and not enough good bacteria)
  • Low Vitamin D Levels
  • Inadequate Exercise
  • Prescription Drugs (especially Statins)

Since a huge percentage of men in the US, and the entire Western Developed Word, are guilty of several, or ALL, of the things on that list, it’s not difficult to see why so many men are struggling with LOW Testosterone – especially once they hit, 40, 50 and beyond!

The Question is:

“Should You Use Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) to Boost Your Testosterone Levels?”

TRT is what your Doctor might likely suggest you do, if you have low testosterone.

But, I wouldn’t personally ever dream of doing TRT. Because, the RISKS are simply too great.

According to Dr Joseph Mercola: TRT can increase your risk of ‘Cardiovascular Events’ (meaning things like Heart Attack and Stroke, which can, obviously, KILL you)

So, right now, let’s get serious and discuss:

How to Increase Your Testosterone in 5 Simple, Natural and Proven Ways…

#1: Ensure You Have Adequate Vitamin D Levels

Having adequate Vitamin D Levels is absolutely essential if you want optimal Testosterone Levels.

According to many experts, Vitamin D is actually more like a Steroid, than a Vitamin. Albeit a safe, natural and powerful one (not a man made, synthetic and dangerous Drug like many bodybuilders and athletes use).

The best way to ensure you have adequate Vitamin D Levels is to get out in the Sun. Ideally, you want as much of your bare, naked skin exposed to the Sunlight as possible.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • You probably need at least 20, and possibly 45 or 60 minutes of exposure to sunlight, most days of the week, to ensure you have enough Vitamin D
  • Whatever you do, don’t burn, because that ages your skin. Build up your sun tolerance over time, and when you’ve had enough – cover up! (Unfortunately, most sunscreens are toxic, so lathering them on on a regular basis isn’t the best idea)
  • The darker your skin the more sunlight you need
  • It’s very difficult to get enough Vitamin D from food alone. You need the sun. However, on days when you can’t get enough sun, or there simply isn’t any because you live in a climate where it’s often overcast and cold, the solution is to take a Vitamin D supplement. As a minimum, take 1000 IU’s per day. However, you may need 3,000 or even 5,000 IU’s.

#2: Get Stronger and Lose Body-Fat

It’s a lot easier to get STRONGER when you have healthy Vitamin D Levels – so don’t ignore the previous point.

Now, the benefits of Strength Training are huge, and many. And, increasing Testosterone is one of the key benefits.

Losing body-fat also helps you boost testosterone.

Here’s what most people don’t know…

When you do heavy strength training, your EPOC (post exercise oxygen consumption) is elevated for approximately 48 hours. What this means, in simple terms, is that after you finish a Strength Training session, you burn more calories than usual for the next 48 hours.

This explains why many Strength Athletes are incredibly LEAN, without ever doing any boring, steady-state cardio!

Just hit the iron, hard and heavy, 2-4 times a week, and it’s actually quite easy to stay lean year round, so long as you eat a reasonably healthy diet.

One of the simplest ways to get Stronger is to use the 5 x 5 program.

This involves doing 5 sets of 5 reps of compound exercises like Squats, Presses and Pulls.

A simple 2 day a week program could look like this:

Monday:

A. Squats 5 x 5
B. Military Presses 5 x 5

Thursday:

A. Bench Presses 5 x 5
B. Kettlebell Swings 5 x 5

Finish with a couple of assistance exercises (like Back Extensions, Lunges, Pushdowns and Pull Ups), and you’re done.

#3: Eat Plenty of Healthy Fats

Many people still think fats are UNHEALTHY.

But that’s just way too simplistic a point of view! It’s like saying: Italian cars are all badly made. Well, sure, some Italian Cars are badly made (I’m thinking of you Fiat), but not all (I’m thinking of you Ferrari).

When it comes to FATS, some are very BAD for your health, that’s for sure. Namely, those found in processed junk foods. These fats are often called ‘Trans Fats’ and should be avoided at all costs.

But, healthy fats are actually essential for your health, and for your Testosterone Levels.

So, if you want Healthy Testosterone Levels, be sure to include a few of the following in your diet, each week:

  • Grass Fed, Organic Steak
  • Wild Alaskan Salmon
  • Nuts and Seeds
  • Free Range, Organic Eggs (be sure to eat the Yolk because that’s where the healthy fat is!)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut Oil
  • Avocado

The Good News is:

Not only are fats like the ones above healthy, they taste great too. Think about it… ‘Low Fat’ food is often bland and tasteless!

#4:  Get 7-8 Hours of Quality Sleep Every Night

Sleep is so important for all aspects of your health, including Testosterone and Growth Hormone production.

Most men need 7 to 8 hours of quality, uninterrupted sleep each night. Yet, most don’t get that – either because they simply spend less hours than that in bed, or because they struggle to fall asleep, can’t stay asleep, or frequently wake up to go to the bathroom.

Here are a few simple, yet highly effective ways to improve your sleep quality:

  • Go to bed before midnight (around 10pm is ideal), and get up before 6am
  • Get the best quality mattress you can afford
  • Ensure your bedroom is cool and pitch black
  • Avoid eating at least 3 hours before bed
  • Take a warm shower/bath within an hour of bed
  • Meditate for a few minutes within 30 minutes of bed
  • Avoid anything too stimulating – like watching horror movies, or listening to heavy metal, within a couple hours of bed

#5: Ensure Your Zinc Levels are Optimal

For quite a lot of men with low testosterone, a large part of the problem is having LOW Zinc Levels.

The problem is:

  • Supplemental Zinc is not absorbed very well by your body
  • Few foods are high in Zinc except Oysters, and most people don’t want to eat Oysters every day

So, how can you ensure you have optimal Zinc Levels? (Remember: Zinc is essential for your Testosterone Levels).

Well, one way to get plenty of Zinc is your system each day is to consume an Ancient Chinese Superherb called:

Polyrachis Ant.

Polyrachis Ant is totally SAFE and NATURAL, and is high in Zinc. The other benefits of Polyrachis Ant include:

  • High in Protein
  • Gives you a lot of Energy
  • Strengthens the Immune System
  • Boosts Testosterone
  • Improves Brain Function

Here’s something else you should know:

Although Superherbs like Polyrachis Ant are powerful and highly beneficial when taken on their own – that’s actually NOT how they’re traditionally consumed in Eastern Countries like China.

The Traditional way to consume Superherbs like Polyrachis Ant is in Superherb Formulas. These Formulas are carefully blended mixtures of different herbs.

The reason why Formulas are so great is because when you mix the herbs correctly, their power is greatly enhanced.

If you want to increase your Testosterone, jack up your libido, and give your manliness a welcome boost, I highly recommend you give Rock Hard Formula a try.
