The Most Basic Exercise is Actually The Best!

Look. I know sex can be wild, it can be intense, it can be extremely PHYSICAL.

But, let me tell you this…

If sex leaves you out of breath, puffing and panting like you’ve just run a marathon – you have a problem. Just being honest.

I mean, come on man

Sex is supposed to be fun. It’s meant to be the greatest source of physical pleasure 2 (or more) humans can experience together.

Needless to say – if you’re so out-of-shape that you can’t enjoy it because you feel like you’re going to cough up a lung (or, you simply can’t last more than a few minutes because you lack stamina), you need to do something about that!

Now. I’m an extremely physical person. I’ve spent nearly 20 years Strength Training, as well as doing sports such as boxing, mountain biking and golf.

And yet, for sex, my first exercise recommendation is that you WALK.

Yup, that’s right…

Go for a 20 minute walk every day. That’ll give you all the sexual stamina you need in the bedroom. Sure, you can do more if you like – such as lifting weights, or bike riding or whatever the heck you want – but, the bare minimum is a 20 minute walk each day.

When you walk, be sure to:

  • Look straight ahead
  • Breathe through your nose (keep your mouth SHUT)
  • Allow your arms to swing freely

Bottom line?

If you can walk for 20 minutes each day, breathing through your nose (so, without panting like a dog, through your mouth), you should have enough STAMINA for even the most INTENSE sexual adventures!

Ok. So that’s stamina taken care of.

Next?

Let’s talk about ‘Erection Quality.’

You want Rock-Hard erections. You don’t want to be trying to have sex with your woman with a ‘semi’ because that just gets embarrassing and awkward for everyone involved.

Question is… should you do…

Kegels?

Well, that’s the advice most ‘Sex Experts’ give. And, several years back I’d have said the same thing…

I’d have told you that to experience the HARDEST erections you can, do your Kegel Exercises each day.

In case you aren’t familiar, Kegel’s involve squeezing your PC Muscles (the muscles you use to stop yourself peeing), over and over again, for various lengths of time.

And, while Kegels do work, they’re kinda boring. And unnecessary.

Here’s why:

Rocking.

Rocking is a simple exercise/movement that infants instinctively do, after they learn to roll, and before they squat. In fact, Rocking gives human beings their ability to squat.

Rocking has numerous benefits, but the 2 you’ll be most interested in are:

1. Rocking opens up the hips – improving blood flow ‘down there’. Making it a fantastic exercise for any man who wants harder erections

2. Rocking reflexively strengthens the PC Muscles – meaning: it makes the PC Muscles stronger, just like Kegels do, only without you having to consciously think about it

As well as those 2 benefits, Rocking also improves your Posture (which increases your Testosterone Levels), it makes you more resilient and less likely to injure a joint, it gives you healthy, stable and strong shoulders, flexible wrists, a strong lower back, and so much more.

So, Kegels or Rocking?

No Contest.

Kegels are a total WASTE OF TIME once you know how to Rock!

Here’s The Technique for Rocking:

  • Get on all fours, wrists under your shoulders, knees slightly wider than hip width
  • Look Straight ahead, and keep your arms straight
  • Rock back slowly, keeping the slight lordosis (natural arch) in your lower back, and only move through a PAIN-FREE range of motion. Over time, you should be able to touch your butt, to your heels
  • Reverse the motion, looking ahead, not down, the entire time. Go forwards until about 80% of your bodyweight is on your hands
  • Repeat for 10-20 reps. Do 1-3 sets per day

Not only is it quicker and easier to do a set of Rocking than it is Kegels – it has way more benefits, and it’s a damn sight more interesting and enjoyable too!

So there you have it…

The 2 Best Exercises for Better Sex…

1. Walking, for 20 minutes a day. To give  you the STAMINA you need to be good in bed

2. Rocking, for 10-20 reps, and 1-3 sets per day. To open up your hips and encourage healthy blood flow ‘down there’, and to reflexively make your PC Muscles stronger (giving you HARDER erections, and a lot more control over how long you can last)
