In reality though, the vast majority of the time, success requires much more than a “Magic Bullet”…
In fact, success (in any area of life – be it a health outcome, a financial outcome, a relationship outcome, a performance outcome and so on) requires much more EFFORT than most people will commit to…
Which explains why:
- Most people do not live up to anything like their true potential in any area of their life…
- Many people try one “Magic Bullet” approach after another (because they want success… they want results… and they keep falling for the allure of the “Magic Bullet” because it offers huge rewards with minimal effort required… or at least that’s how the theory goes!)

How Long Does it Take to Get The Results You Want?
How long is a piece of string?
I hate to sound like a smart ass…
But there is no other way to HONESTLY answer that question…

Hopefully that much is clear by now!
The question is:
What should you do, on a consistent basis, to build good health (and performance)?
Here are my 5 top suggestions…
1. Take a Daily Walk
Human beings are designed to walk.
Yet today, many folks are too LAZY to even get out of their car to walk into a fast food restaurant. Instead, they “Drive Thru”!
So not only do they eat SHIT (and want to be healthy and high functioning at the same time), they won’t even WALK to pick up the SHIT they are about to eat!
How much walking should you do?
At a minimum, get in a BRISK 10 minute walk each day. If you can do 2 or 3 brisk 10 minute walks, that’s even better.
Alternatively, go for a 20-30 minute walk all in one go. Of course, if you want to walk further, that’s great too.
Remember:
To “get hard” you need good circulation and blood flow “down there” – and walking helps you get these things. All of which means walking is good for both your HEART and your COCK!
Bonus Tip:
If you’re so busy that you can’t find the time to take a walk, then I think you’re kidding yourself! 😉
Seriously though, if TIME is an issue, how about this…
When you go to work, park 10 minutes away. This way you force yourself to get in a 10 minute walk in the morning when you go into work, and one again later in the day on your way back to the car.
Simple but effective.
2. Eat a Natural, Minimally Processed Diet
Focus on organic meats and poultry, wild fish, raw organic dairy, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables.
If you eat like this at least 90% of the time, you will be giving your body the nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes and so on) that it needs to be healthy and strong.
In terms of sexual performance, certain minerals, like Vitamin D, Magnesium and Zinc are essential (for Testosterone production), and you won’t get enough of these if you eat the Standard American Diet that’s made up of mostly beige, heavily processed “foods” (or “slow poisons” as I prefer to call them).
3. Eliminate Alcohol, Soy and Refined Sugar from your Diet
Because these 3 food groups LOWER your Testosterone Levels (and therefore: hurt your sexual performance – including sex-drive and erection quality).
Of course, they also do nothing good for your overall health and vitality.
4. Focus on Sleep Quality
Sleep is a wonderful thing.

My suggestions would be:
– Do more! To be specific:
– Make sure you’re taking 4 capsules (the max recommend dose) of Alpha Strength each day.
– Add in another formula – either Primal Potency or Alpha Strength
– Do all you can to optimize your circulation and testosterone (8 hours sleep a night, 30 mins walking a day, 100% clean and healthy diet)
– Do all you can to lower your stress levels (the sleep and walking will help, as would 20 mins meditation a day)
