Yet, the good news is…
It is still possible to be an ALPHA – and reap all the rewards that come with it.
That thought in mind, let’s take a look at:
7 Traits of The Alpha Male
In no particular order, let’s get into it…
1. He Treats His Body and Mind Like a Temple
The Alpha Male understands that without his HEALTH – he has nothing.
‘Health’ might not sound SEXY – but a true alpha understands that great health brings many rewards:
- High energy levels
- Sharp thinking
- Powerful sexual performance
- Longevity
And more.
For these reasons, the Alpha Male takes care of his health – treating his body and mind like a temple. (Because great health isn’t just about your body – it’s about what goes on between your ears too).
While most average men poison themselves with processed food, sugary drinks, cigarettes, drugs and an excess of alcohol…
The Alpha eats simply, and naturally. Never abusing his body.
He also manages his stress levels, gets plenty of rest, and exercises on a regular basis. As a result – he doesn’t have to worry about his health. Rather, he can just get on with his life, and enjoy it, because he is HEALTHY.
2. He Is Confident Around Women and Masterful In The Bedroom
“An Alpha Male Knows How to Satisfy His Woman In Bed!”
Doesn’t matter if you have the body of a Greek God, a face like a Top Model, and the bank balance of a Billionaire…
If you lack CONFIDENCE around women – and you aren’t DYNAMITE in bed…
You aren’t, yet, a true alpha.
Why?
Because all alpha males love and adore women…
They understand what women want in the bedroom…

Indeed – being GREAT IN BED – and exceptionally confident around women, is one of the hallmarks of a modern day Alpha Male.
3. He Makes Money Doing Something He Enjoys
Most men take a simple approach to ‘work.’
They get a job. It just about pays the bills.
They save little, overspend, and die broke.
Sad, but true.
That is the ‘working life’ of most men.
The Alpha Male chooses a different path. Instead of just ‘doing a job to pay the bill’s – the Alpha finds his TRUE PASSION…
Something he LOVES…
Then he finds a way to make money from it.
Quick example:

This is 100X more fulfilling than when I used to just ‘do a regular job’ several years ago.
4. He Can Protect Himself

In an ideal world – the need for ‘self-defense’ would be non-existent. Because everyone would live in peace.
Sadly, that’s just NOT the way the world works.
Everyday, good people are the victims are violent crime.
Question is:
“Could you defend yourself if you needed to?”
The Alpha Male can.
Of course, he first aims to be AWARE of his surroundings and AVOID confrontations in the first place. Then, he will try to run or talk his way out of it if possible.
But, he is also realistic, and understands that one day VIOLENT confrontation may be unavoidable.
And, because of that FACT – he has spent time learning some techniques that may one day save his life (or the life of a friend or loved one) in this kind of unfortunate situation.
5. He Is On A Path of Continuous Improvement
The Japanese call it Kaizen.
Tony Robbins called it CANI – Continuous and Never Ending Improvement.
You may call it ‘The Path of Mastery.’
Whatever you call it – the message is the same…
A true Alpha understands that there is no such thing as ‘maintenance’ in life. You are either moving forwards, progressing and becoming a better man.
Or…
You are going backwards.
Average people rarely progress. They rarely try to become better.
You will experience life at it’s FULLEST and most REWARDING when you make consistent progress in multiple areas of your life.
And while that might sound daunting or difficult – it’s entirely possible!
6. He Is A Leader of Men
“An Alpha Men Leads Other Men… He Isn’t a Sheep Who Simply ‘Follows’”
Not everybody can be a LEADER.
Most people just follow others – because it’s ‘easier.’
But, the Alpha Male doesn’t like other people to choose his fate. He prefers to take his destiny into his own hands and create his own good fortune.
Of course, the Alpha is also intelligent enough, and humble enough, to seek out the advice of teachers and mentors when he needs it.
But, in general – he is more ‘LEADER’ than ‘SHEEP.’
He prefers to show other men the way, as opposed to simply ‘following the masses.’
7. He Is A Rational Optimist
I do not like PESSIMISTS.
Because they are MISERABLE, unsuccessful people.
How about ‘realists?’
They are just pessimists in disguise.
Optimists are the ‘good guys.’ They are the successful people in this world. They are fun and empowering to be around.
However…
There are 2 kinds of optimist:
I. The Dreamer Optimist
II. The Rational Optimist
The Dreamer kind of Optimist is certainly ‘positive’ in their outlook – but they set unrealistic goals. They bounce from ‘thing to thing’ and never see anything through…
They are out of touch with reality.
They are NOT Alpha Males.
The Alpha is almost always a Rational Optimist.
He generally sees the good in things…
He sets specific, challenging goals (that are actually achievable).
He pushes himself while staying within the realms of what is actually possible.
The Dreamer Optimist might try and start 5 different businesses in a week, while simultaneously trying to become World Class at 3 different sports… all while trying to losing 50lbs of bodyweight at the same time.
God love their ENTHUSIASM.
But they aren’t able to identify what is POSSIBLE vs. what is actually doable.
The Rational Optimist pushes himself, challenges himself – and always ‘sets the game up so he can win.’
Because there is nothing more disheartening than continuously setting goals and then FAILING to achieve them.
So there you have it…
7 traits all Alpha Males possess.
