If you’re a MAN, how do you judge the state of your Health?
I mean, sure, you can go to the Doctor and have all kinds of tests done (some of which will return results which are inaccurate, or just plain WRONG).
You can have your Blood Pressure checked…

With respect to “morning wood”, I don’t always wake up with one, although I can often get woken up in the early hours with a throbbing erection and when I get back to sleep it’s about 3am or later.
Does this count as morning wood as well?

If you regularly get an erection in the early hours of the morning, that is a positive
sign in terms of Testosterone Levels, and I’d consider it to be ok instead of “Morning Wood” –
though ideally you’d still get “Morning Wood” too. (Maybe you could try our Pine Pollen – it is

There are a lot of us out there who use your products but still do not wake up every morning with a “morning wood.” I do sometimes, but not every morning. The key is to raise your standards every single year, and consistently do MORE than you
did the previous year, in terms of health practices.
Ask yourself what you can IMPROVE, in terms of sleep quality, exercise, diet, mind-set and
so on.

and quality of life, at any age.
