A 90 Day Health & Performance Challenge

Try This Challenge for 90 Days and Watch What Happens to Your Health, Vitality and Performance…

I regularly write blog posts and newsletters explaining how men can improve their health and sexual performance…

I suggest many of the same things, over and over and over again…

Because they are PROVEN to work (over THOUSANDS of years, by BILLIONS of men)…

And yet…

I still get men emailing me, every single day, saying:

“Adam, my performance in the bedroom isn’t what I want it to be, what should I do?”

This tells me a few of things:

  • Nobody wants to do “The Basics” – the basics that are necessary for health and performance (especially as you get older)
  • Many people need to hear the same things, over and over again, before they really ‘get them’ and can apply them in their own lives (repetition is “the mother of skill”)
  • Many people are looking for “A Magic Bullet” – they want to ABUSE themselves with junk food, alcohol, no exercise, a lifetime spent sedentary and NOT MOVING, and still have performance good enough to make their wife SCREAM (not going to happen)

And so, with these thoughts in mind, I’ve devised a simple…

Health and Performance Challenge for Men:

The idea is simple:

  • Do the following health practices EVERY DAY for 90 days…
  • Do your best…
  • If you screw up, get over it – get back on track the next day…
  • If you miss a practice, do not “compound your errors” (meaning: don’t let the entire day go to shit just because you missed one thing)…

Sounds simple. Yet my experience tells me 99% of men just can’t stick to anything that requires even a little effort and commitment (at least when it comes to their health).

Do me a favor – and prove me WRONG would you? 😉

Here’s the challenge…

For 90 Days…

  • Get 8 hours IN BED every night – I’m not saying you’ll get 8 perfect hours of sleep each night… but at least give yourself the chance to REST for 8 hours (if you need help achieving better sleep quality, read The Superior Sleep System)
  • Drink 2 litres of clean water each day – preferably between meals (and, for every hour you exercise, drink another ½ litre)
  • Eat 5 portions of fruit and veggies each day (even my kids can manage this, so you can too)
  • Eat only REAL FOOD for 90 days… keep it minimally processed, organic where possible, prepared mostly at home
  • Limit yourself to eating out no more than 3 times a week (otherwise you’ll probably make a mess of the previous point!)
  • Eat only when you’re hungry, and stop eating when you are no longer hungry (do not eat until you are “stuffed”)
  • Take a 10 minute walk every day, minimum (feel free to walk for an hour or more if you can)
  • Meditate for 10 minutes a day – any guided meditation will do (I like Dr Joe Dispenza’s Program called “The Formula.” Google it)
  • Take AT LEAST ONE of the following, daily, according to the instructions on the label: Rock Hard Formula, Alpha Strength, Go All Night Formula, Primal Potency (the ideal would be: Go All Night, Primal Potency, and Rock Hard OR Alpha Strength)
  • Get at least 20 minutes sunshine each day, with most of your skin exposed OR supplement with Vitamin D3 and K2 (both of which you get in Alpha Strength)

Is this reasonable? YES.

Is it doable? YES.

Will you be healthier, with better performance as a result of doing it? YES.

Is 90 days long enough to turn the above suggestions into daily habits, that you do, day in day out for the reset of your life? PROBABLY (and if not, if you do another 90 days they will then almost certainly become “automatic.”)

The other question left is:

Are you MAN ENOUGH to try it?

None of it is difficult – it just takes a little thought, preparation, discipline and persistence. And the result will be more health…
