1. Take a Daily Walk
Walking is a great way to improve your Cardiovascular health, and circulation.

A 10-minute walk each day
Better would be two or three 10 minute walks each day. Or one longer walk (20 minute plus).
Remember:

2. Do Some Strength Training At Least Twice a Week
Strength Training builds Testosterone (plus… muscle, bone density, confidence, and more).

17/01/2022 - 2:23 pmUnfortunately I am in a wheelchair and eat the food that is served at the VA hospital or the McDonald’s across the street when they run out of food which is at least 5 out of 7 days a week. Or what I can get delivered at home when I am home.
What I am really interested in is getting or increasing circulation in my lower body. I do lift weights for my upper body a few days a week. But being mostly paralyzed from the waist down causes issues because I cannot move my legs or lower back. Any ideas for a disabled veteran trying to improve

I realize you’re in a compromised situation, but I think we can come up with some ideas…
Normally, to improve circulation I’d suggest 1) better diet, 2) cardiovascular exercise (walking is great).
However, in your case, I might try:
– Contrast (hot/cold) showers, if this is possible
And:
– Cardiovascular exercise – just do what you can. Even if it’s upper
body based. You could lift light weights, for high reps, with short rest
periods. Or, find a gym that has a upper body bike (I saw this once. You literally
pedal with your arms instead of your feet)
Regarding your paralysis… how long have you been that way? Is it getting better?
I would STRONGLY recommend you visit OriginalStrength.net and do their exercises (also
look them up on YouTube). You’d have to modify some of the exercises, but it’s doable…
Head nods and rotations while seated.
Seated cross crawling (touching hand, forearm or elbow to OPPOSITE knee or thigh)
In my experience these movements improve posture, resilience, movement quality, co-ordination
and so on. Since I don’t know what’s caused your paralysis, I don’t know if they’ll improve
that, but they cannot make anything worse (so long as you do them carefully).

I’m not sure, but that doesn’t sound good. There is a group of foods called “The Nightshades” – that includes tomatoes, potatoes and various others – that can cause various health problems for certain individuals. Perhaps you are in that group of people.
If you’re sure it’s the tomatoes that are causing the burning sensation, I’d stop eating them. Though I realize why you might want to carry on – if the help your erection quality.
