1. Take a Daily Walk

Walking is a great way to improve your Cardiovascular health, and circulation.

The bear minimum I recommend is:

A 10-minute walk each day

Better would be two or three 10 minute walks each day. Or one longer walk (20 minute plus). 

Remember:

2. Do Some Strength Training At Least Twice a Week

Strength Training builds Testosterone (plus… muscle, bone density, confidence, and more).
