
If You’re 50 Plus – or Simply Not Feeling as Good as You Could – Here’s What You Should Consider Taking…

I’m not a huge believer in taking ‘Vitamins’ and Supplements. Instead, I always recommended people meet their nutritional needs by:
- Eating an Organic Diet made up of a variety of whole foods – including plenty of seasonal, and ripe, fruit and veg
- Consuming Superfoods such as Maca, Barley Grass Powder and Raw Honey
- Taking Superherb Blends such as Rock Hard Formula and ReCharge
We’ll talk more about those 3 things a little later. First though, I want to discuss 2 vitamins and supplements that are worth taking (because it’s difficult to get enough of these vitamins and minerals from FOOD alone)…
Vitamin D

The best way to get Vitamin D is through Sunshine. In fact, it’s actually very difficult to get enough Vitamin D from food alone, no matter how good your diet is!
So, here’s the deal…
If you get at least 15-30 minutes of sun on the majority of your skin each day – you probably don’t need to supplement with Vitamin D.
However, if you live in a colder climate where the sun doesn’t shine for much of the year – you may very well end up deficient in Vitamin D, and should therefore supplement with it.
Another interesting thing to note is this:
The darker your skin colour the more Vitamin D you need.
And, in case you’re wondering why Vitamin D is important, here are a few things to consider:
- Optimal Vitamin D is required for Testosterone production. So, if you want high libido, strong performance in bed, good energy levels, and so on, you better make sure you have enough Vitamin D
- Vitamin D is important for the Skeleton and Bones. So, if you want to avoid having weak bones and joints – again, you better make sure you have enough Vitamin D
- Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to ALL of the following health problems: heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, autoimmune disease, depression, insomnia, arthritis, diabetes, asthma, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, psoriasis, autism, fibromyalgia
As you can see – Vitamin D is extremely important. And, since it’s tough to get enough ‘D’ from food alone, it’s one of the few supplements I do recommend you consider taking.
Go for a Vitamin D3 (not Vitamin D2) supplement – in either oral spray, or tablet form – and take at least 1000IUs per day. Though you might be better off with 3000IUs or even 5000IUs per day.
Zinc

If you want high Testosterone Levels – you need high levels of zinc. This has been proven, scientifically, many times.
Since many men over 40, or 50, have LOW Testosterone, it makes sense to ensure you have plenty of Zinc in your diet.
However, like Vitamin D, it can be very difficult to get enough Zinc from food alone.
The food that contains the most Zinc is probably Oysters. But, most people don’t like Oysters, and even if they do – it’s not the sort of thing you tend to eat on a regular basis.
IMPORTANT:
For many men, simply getting enough Zinc in their diets is the difference between having healthy Testosterone Levels, and feeling GREAT, or: having low Testosterone and feeling like their ‘Mojo’ has VANISHED!
Unlike Vitamin D – where supplemental D is absorbed and utilised at least reasonably effectively by the body, supplemental Zinc is not.
So, the question is:
“How Can You Ensure Your Zinc Levels are High?”

Well, you’ll remember earlier that I mentioned that I prefer men to get their nutrients from food, superfoods, and superherbs – as opposed to from supplements – wherever possible, right?
Well, one of the best superherb blends you can take is called:

You probably just need to do MORE than simply taking Rock Hard… good nutrition, quality sleep, moderate exercise, de-stressing and so on
The more you do, the better the results you get!
And, the older you are, the more you have to ‘up your game’ just to stay the same!
Even at 34, I am aware that I can’t get away with some of the things I used to do at 19! So, each year I ‘step up my game’ and devote more time to health, vitality and wellness

It shouldn’t dry out, unless the packet isn’t sealed tightly.
And, I agree – Rock Hard certainly isn’t CHEAP. But, I never set out to create the CHEAPEST product – I set out to create THE BEST. And, if you take Rock Hard, and follow my other simple suggestions – on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and so on – results will come.
The trouble is – everyone these days wants a ‘Magic Bullet’ and if they don’t get incredible RESULTS in 2 or 3 days, they’re on to the next product. Use Rock Hard DAILY for 90 days, eat well, get 7-8 yours sleep a night, exercise a few times a week, do a couple things to lower your stress – and see what your sex-drive and performance is like then. It’ll be MUCH BETTER.
Regarding the taste – all powerful YANG herbs are BITTER. You just gotta MAN UP. Or… sweeten with Raw Honey or Organic Maple Syrup. Then you can’t taste them 😉

I’m confused when I see Zinc supps available as Zinc Glyconate, Zinc Picolinate, Zinc Arginate. What type of Zinc is available in Polyrachis Ant (lest I choose not to eat ants). Many thanks!

The basic thing to understand is that it’s always better to get nutrients from FOOD where possible. Because they’re more readily absorbed than from supplements. Hence my recommendation to try and get FOOD BASED Zinc.
Oysters are the best source of food based Zinc – but not really a practical daily food. And, many folks (including me), can’t stomach them!
That’s why Rock Hard is great. Because it contains Polyrachis Ant – a SuperHerb naturally high in Zinc.
However, if you’re vegan – or just anti-ant! – I respect that. So, the next best foods choices of Zinc would be the ones on this list:
