Before we take a look at the 5 Anti-Aging Secrets I’m going to share with you today, let’s first talk about:
- Genetics
And:
- Things that Age you FASTER than you’d like!
Look, it’d be a lie to say that GENETICS don’t play a role in how fast you age, how long you live, and even – what diseases you might get along the way.
Some people have ‘Youth and Longevity’ in their genes. That’s for sure.
But, since you can’t control your genes (because, you can’t go back and choose different parents!) there’s little use worrying about it. Because, successful people don’t waste time worrying, and stressing themselves out, over stuff they cannot control.
All that said, you really should know that even though genetics do impact how fast you age, and how long you’ll live…
They are way less important than HOW you live your life…
Meaning that even if you have what appear to be ‘Bullet-Proof’ Genetics – if you do the WRONG things, consistently, you’re still going to age yourself, in many ways, faster than you’d probably like.
Conversely…
Even if you have what appear to be fairly average – or even crappy – genetics, if you do all the RIGHT things, consistently, you have a great chance of aging more slowly, being more free from dis-ease, and potentially living a longer life.
Those thoughts in mind, let’s briefly take a look at:
Common Things That Are Causing People To Age Fast…
I firmly believer that Human Beings are supposed to be a long-lived species. That we’re supposed to live way beyond 100 years of age…
And we’re really only supposed to notice a significant decrease in our QUALITY of LIFE for the last few months of life.
Contrast this to what’s currently going in – in the USA as an example:
- Average life expectancy: late 70’s (so, nowhere near 100. Despite having more medical knowledge, drugs, treatments, and procedures than ever before!)
- Obesity rates through-the-roof (in some states in the USA – it’s now 70% plus. “YES,” really – 70% of people overweight)
- Many people experiencing things that significantly DECREASE the quality of their life in middle age (40+), and quite a lot of people experiencing Health Issues in their teens and 20’s (think about how many people suffer from oral health problems, digestive issues, bad skin, low energy and so on. It’s almost EVERYONE)
Needless to say…
The typical American is AGING way FASTER than they’d like.
Question:
“What Are The Most Common Things That Are Causing People to Age More Quickly Than They’d Like?”
Here’s a list:
- Bad Diet. Including too much Processed, Unnatural Foods, and ‘Empty Calories.’
- Cigarettes, Drugs and too much Alcohol
- Consuming too may stimulants – including Coffee and ‘Energy Drinks’ (both of which are LOADED with Caffeine)
- Stress Levels that are through-the-roof (many people feel ‘overworked and underpaid’ – and feel like: “there’s never enough hours in the day”)
- Poor Sleep Habits (very few people get Adequate Sleep – meaning, 7-8 hours of UNINTERRUPTED sleep a night)
- A lack of Exercise (heck, many people barely MOVE anymore, let alone exercise!)
Add all these things up:

Sick, Unhealthy People who are Overweight, Tired, and Aging RAPIDLY.

Just take a look around you the next time you’re in a busy place (and you’ll see that most people are making some, or all, of the common mistakes I just listed for you above).

Anti-Aging Secrets: 4 Ways to Look and Feel Younger…
#1: Drink More Water
“Drinking 2 Liters of Clean Water a Day is A Great Way to Improve Your Health, Energy Levels, Looks and Performance”
Famous people who look young – and have GREAT SKIN – are often asked the SECRET to their Youthful Complexion.
Their answer is usually remarkably simple.
They’ll say something like:
“I drink 2 liters of water every day. Without fail.”
If you’re being honest, you probably already know that you should be doing this. But, are you actually doing it?
If you want to age more slowly, have more Energy, have better Physical and Mental Performance – and nice skin – it really is something you should do.
Drink more water.
2 liters a day being a good starting point.
#2: Go To Bed Before Midnight
I’m not sure why – but many of the World’s great ‘Health Systems’ seems to agree that going to bed before midnight, and getting up before 6am, is best for your Health.
I do this myself, and feel good for doing so.
And, all the healthiest people I know also seem to do it.
If you’re more of a ‘Night Owl’ – it might be tricky to do, at first. But, once you get into it – I think you’ll find great benefit to going to bed between 10-12pm, and getting up before 6am.
Be sure to give it a try for at least 30 days before making up your mind about whether or not it’s right for you.
#3. Eat More Fruits and Veggies
I mean, this is really SIMPLE advice, right?
And, you already know you should be consuming LOTS of fruits and veggies each and every day.
But, are you actually doing it?
That’s the question.
If you are – GREAT. Keeping going.
However, if you’re not – and you’re serious about maximizing your health, performance and longevity – maybe NOW is the time to start! 😉
Here are 2 simple ways to eat more fruits and veggies:
I drink ‘em in Smoothies and Juices. Just be sure to prepare these things yourself, at home, using Organic Ingredients I have a small salad before each meal.
This way, you’re not having to ‘give up’ anything you like. Just add a salad before your meals. And, have a juice or smoothie at some point during the day.
#4: Do Some Strength Training
“Strength and Muscle are 2 Signs of Youth”
Notice, I am not saying:
“Do some EXERCISE”
Though, that’d be good too.
However, I’m specifically suggesting STRENGTH TRAINING because it’ll make you STRONGER, and help you build some MUSCLE…
And, both STRENGTH and MUSCLE are things that decline with age. Meaning both are signs of YOUTH (and health).
How do you do Strength Training?
You focus your workouts on exercises like Squats, Deadlifts, Presses and Loaded Carries.
You lift heavy – with no more than 5 reps per set.
You take relatively long rest periods – between 2 and 3 minutes per set.
If you’re serious about ‘Anti-Aging’ – you must do some Strength Training. Period.
