Even though almost everybody knows it’s a BAD thing to be overweight… and almost everybody understands that being overweight will reduce the quality of their health, performance, and probably their lifespan too…

Sure, lots of people successfully lose weight in the SHORT TERM by going on a “diet.”

I remember my auntie going from a dress size 14 to a dress size 8, in a matter of weeks.

Her motivation was high because she had her son’s wedding to attend.

And on wedding day she looked GREAT.

How did she do it?

Slim Fast.

She had a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a “healthy” dinner (usually a chicken breast and a small salad).

Did she lose weight?

How fast did she pile the weight back on after the wedding?

1. Optimize Your Sleep!

What the heck does SLEEP have to do with weight loss?

Everything.

Here’s why…

Duration and quality of sleep has a HUGE effect on your HORMONES.

If you sleep well – getting about 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted hours of sleep each night – your Testosterone Levels will be HIGHER…

And your Estrogen (female hormone) Levels and Cortisol (Stress) Levels will be LOWER.

This is very beneficial for weight loss.

However, if you sleep badly – like 85-90% of US men do – failing to get the recommended 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep each night…

Then your Testosterone Levels WILL go down…

Your Estrogen and Cortisol Levels WILL go up…

And unwanted weight gain is the likely outcome! (Even if you eat well, exercise and so on).

So dialing in your sleep is step #1 if you’re serious about losing weight.

2. Get Hydrated

For many Westerners, eating has become a way of life…

Many folks don’t “eat to live”… they “live to eat”…

Yet did you know that when many people think they’re HUNGRY…

Scientifically proven.

By the time you feel THIRSTY, you’re already dehydrated.

If you want to lose weight safely and keep it off, you have to get serious about hydration.

2 liters of water a day is a good start for most men, as a minimum.

If you’re very active, you’ll need more.

If you live in a hot climate, you’ll need more.

If you’re overweight and stuck in a cycle of mindless eating, try this…

The next time you feel HUNGRY, drink a glass of water instead. Then wait 20 minutes. If the “hunger” disappears, it proves that you were actually THIRSTY and not hungry.

To be clear:

  • Aim to drink 2 liters of clean water a day as a minimum
  • Drink most of it between meals (not with meals) to avoid hampering your digestion
  • By drinking more water, many  people naturally start to eat less, consuming less calories without “calorie counting” and lose some weight without really trying!
  • As a bonus, by getting hydrated you’ll probably notice a host of wide ranging benefits, including: more energy, clearer skin, improved mental clarity and even increased semen volume!

3. Start Eating Real Foods

Did you know that many large fast food chains have scientists that devise ways to make their food very EASY to eat…

With minimal chewing.

And they use chemicals that not only make the food addictive, but also give your body signals to tell it that you’re still HUNGRY? (Even though you’ve just eaten an entire day’s worth of calories in 20 minutes).

Did you know that Diet Soda is more FATTENING than regular Soda (even though it’s “calorie free”).

That’s scientifically proven.

We’re living in strange times.

When you go to the supermarket or grocery store, most of what they’re selling is barely fit for human consumption…

Sure, none of it will KILL you instantly – unlike a bullet to the head – yet, over time, A LOT of it slowly fattens you up and poisons you to the point of deadly dis-ease.

The thing is though…

No one holds a gun to your head and FORCES you to drink gallons of sugary soda, gorge on fast food, have “microwave meals” for dinner, and snack on chocolate, sweets, pastries and donuts between every meal.

But many of us do it – heck, I’VE DONE IT! – because the damn stuff tastes so good. At least while you’re eating it…

Afterwards, when you think about what you’ve eaten, the emotions you have towards these foods are A LOT more NEGATIVE. I certainly know I’ve felt guilt and shame after binging on CRAP.

But seriously…

If you want to lose weight safely, and be lean, healthy and high performing in the long-run, the solution is to:

EAT REAL FOOD.

Organic, Grass Fed Meat.

Organic, Free Range Poultry.

Wild Fish.

Raw, Organic Dairy.

Organic Veggies and Fruits.

Healthy Fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil)..

Carefully selected Carbohydrates (rice, root vegetables, quinoa etc).

You don’t have to eat ALL these foods, and there’s plenty of “REAL FOODS” I’ve left off the list.

But you get the idea.

You need to eat mostly THAT stuff that I just listed above, and keep the junk out of your mouth (the odd slice of pizza, tub of ice cream or glass of beer won’t kill you – if you keep it off your menu most of the time).

Here are a couple interesting things about eating REAL FOODS:

  • They are high in vitamins, minerals and enzymes – which are all required for optimal function of your body (including your c**k)
  • They are more filling and much HARDER to chew than junk foods (at least most of the time), so it makes overeating a lot harder… and therefore, losing weight a lot easier

If your diet is a total mess right now, just tidy up one meal at a time, starting with breakfast. Be patient, be kind to yourself. Think long-term, don’t do a fad diet and lose 50lbs, only to put 60lbs back on in the mid-term. Treat weight loss as a long-term process (but one you’ll only need to do once, if you do it right).

4. Pay Attention to When and How You Eat

You now know that you need to eat REAL FOODS.

But WHEN you eat and HOW you eat is equally as important!

I have a few simple rules in this regards:

  • Only Eat when you are HUNGRY
  • Eat in a peaceful relaxed state
  • Chew your food thoroughly (chewing each mouthful at least 28 times)
  • Stop eating when you are no longer hungry (do not eat until you’re stuffed!)

If you follow these 4 simple rules, you’ll avoid overeating, you’ll digest your food more easily, and you’ll find it much easier to slowly lose weight and eventually hit your perfect healthy body weight where everything from your eyes and ears, to your heart and lungs, to your cock and balls, works optimally!

5. Exercise Daily

You can’t “out train” a shitty diet.

That is 100% true, and that’s why EXERCISE is not top of this list of proven weight loss strategies.

True story:

My Dad lost about 35lbs in his mid-40’s simply by tidying up his diet. He was a keen cyclist before he changed his diet, and he’s still a keen cyclist today.

His weight loss occurred because he changed his diet, not really because he altered his exercise regime.

That said, you definitely should exercise!

For the following reasons:

  • Cardiovascular exercise improves your cardiovascular health – a huge benefit if you want a long-life and a hard cock!
  • Resistance based exercise gets you stronger and builds some muscle – also very important for longevity (and makes you look good when you’re naked too, which never hurt any man’s confidence!)
  • Exercise does burn some calories – and improves your metabolism (so regular exercise does allow you to eat a little more)

So yes, you should definitely exercise. Daily!

But, keep things in perspective…

No matter what exercise you do, it’s very difficult to burn 500 calories in an HOUR. However, if you go to your favorite Fast Food Restaurant after your exercise, and order a large burger, fries and coke, you might eat 1,500 to 2,000 calories in one go!!!

Hopefully that explains why exercise alone is a lousy weight loss strategy, but is a fantastic PART of a long-term health and weight loss strategy.

6. Get a Basic Supplement Regime Going

If you’re listening to what I’m saying, then hopefully you’re not going to do a fad diet that helps you lose weight for a few weeks, before you crack and put on more weight than before you started.

And hopefully you’ll approach your weight loss from a place of wanting to not only look better, but also to feel better, be healthier and improve your performance.
