I’ve been doing most of these things for YEARS, and it’s a rare day when I do not do them. Yup, they’re that important.

These 5 daily habits are a “must”…

Let’s get into it…

1. Sleeping for 8 Hours Each Night

This is non-negotiable.

If you want to look, feel and perform at your best… you HAVE TO prioritize your sleep.

Many guys fall into the trap of thinking that sleep is a “waste of time.”

Yet nothing could be further from the truth. In reality…

Getting 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep each night allows you to LIVE the other 16 hours of each day to the MAX.

Think about that for a second. Re-read it if necessary.

Then I’ll show you my favorite sleep strategies:

  • Bedroom: cool, pitch black, comfortable mattress
  • Any device that gives off Electromagnetic Frequency: OFF (obvious one: your cellphone)
  • Bedclothes: earthed (go on Amazon and pick up a copy of Earthing: The Greatest Health Discovery Ever to find out why)

That last point – about sleeping while being “earthed” is a real GAME CHANGER. It’s too complex to explain in this blog…

But just get the book, read it, do it, and thank me later! 😉

I’ve been sleeping earthed for over 10 years. My kids sleep earthed every night. I wouldn’t have it any other way…

You’ll be amazed at the quality of sleep it helps you to achieve – and how you look, feel and perform when you get proper sleep on a consistent nightly basis.

2. Staying Hydrated Throughout The Day

2% drop in hydration = 20% drop in performance (proven scientific FACT).

So, if you want excellent performance

If you want to be mentally sharp…

Physically powerful…

And enjoy rock-hard erections

Clearly you need to get HYDRATED.

It’s a shame that many liquids that many guys drink can actually DEHYDRATE the body. Soda is an obvious example (it’s full of sugar, which makes you more and more thirsty… great business plan for the people who sell it, not so good for your health!)

What should you drink to get hydrated?

Here are my favorite drinks that I consume daily:

  • Clean Water
  • Fresh Juice made at home with Organic Ingredients: 1 bag Carrots, 3 Apples, ⅓ Beet, ¼ Lemon, 1 inch cube of Ginger
  • Smoothies (everything organic): 400ml Almond Milk, 1 scoop quality Protein, ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt, 2 tsp Raw Honey, 2-4 Raw Eggs, 2 handfuls Spinach, 2 tsp Almond Butter, 1 scoop Go All Night Formula

Those smoothies are very tasty. I’ll often have one BEFORE and one AFTER my strength training workouts…

I’ll often take 2-4 Capsules of Alpha Strength with the smoothie BEFORE my workout…

And Primal Potency AFTER my workouts.

3. Eat Clean Foods that Suit Your Body-Type

If you want optimal health and performance, you have to FUEL your body correctly…

You can’t eat fast food, chocolate and candy and expect to BANG your wife senseless every night with a raging hard-on.

You have to eat CLEAN foods. Real foods…

Veg, Fruit, Organic Meat and Poultry, Wild Fish, Healthy Fats, sensible Carbs (like Rice). 

That’s Step 1. 

If you’re not doing that, you’re not evey IN THE GAME.

Step 2 is to really tune into your body and take the time to figure out what foods suit you best.

For instance, I’ve noticed that I digest chicken much better than fish. So I eat chicken.

I’ve noticed that apples, carrots, beet, spinach and lemons make me feel great, when it comes to fruit and veg. So I eat a lot of that.

I actually think VARIETY is overrated when it comes to food…

Instead, figure out which foods make you look, feel and perform at your best, and ensure that you mostly eat those foods!

If you do this, I promise you that your performance WILL improve.

4. Exercising Regularly

You need to do 2 types of exercise:

  • Daily walking for cardiovascular health (remember: erections require blood flow – so don’t expect erections like a porn star if the furthest you ever walk is the fridge)
  • Strength Training at least twice a week (to boost Testosterone and build Bone Density)

5. Cold Exposure

Wim Hoff – The Iceman – has, in recent years, really brought the science behind cold exposure to people’s attention.

The things he has done are bonkers…

Hiking up Everest in a pair of shorts…

Being injected with poison that’d kill many people, and not being even remotely unwell.

He has used the cold to make himself, in some ways, Superhuman.

I’ve not really pushed it that far, but I do feel the benefits of the cold, so I regularly do contrast showers:

1 minute of hot water…

30-45 seconds of cold…

Repeat for 4-6 rounds.

The cold can improve your immune system function, boost testosterone, make you more mentally tough, and more.

I do the Contrast Showers after every workout.
