How To Know Which Foods Nourish Which Parts of Your Body…

Now, this is one of those things that, at first glance, sounds too good to be true. Too obvious, too simple.

Much of what Don teaches is like that.

For instance – nearly 10 years ago he helped me heal a bleeding stomach ulcer, in about 5 days, using nothing more than a couple different juices and smoothies (in contrast: the Docs wanted to put me on Toxic Drugs for life).

So, pay attention.

Because “YES” – what I’m about to share is simple. But, it’s also highly beneficial.

Here it is:

====>> The SHAPE and/or COLOUR of many foods, tells you precisely which parts of the body those foods will best nourish, heal and strengthen.

Here are 7 examples:

#1: Walnuts

What do Walnuts look like?

If you said “The Brain” you’d be right.

And, sure enough, Walnuts nourish the brain. And, there are many studies to back this up. It’s not just ‘Ancient Wisdom’. Though, make no mistake – it IS Ancient Wisdom too (they knew this stuff long before Scientists ‘proved it’).

#2: Cucumber

What does a cucumber look like?

A penis? Yup. That’s right.

Now, you might not be as BIG as a cucumber – but eating cucumber, or drinking cucumber juice, WILL have a on your manhood and .

#3: Banana

Celery – and it’s reddish lookalike Rhubarb – looks similar(ish) to bone, and even snaps like a bone (though granted, you have to try a lot harder to snap bone).

But, all the science is there to back up what certain Ancient Cultures knew for hundreds of years – that celery is great for your Bones.

In case you’re wondering why – it’s because it’s high in plant based SALT and CALCIUM. Which are both vital to the health of your skeletal system.

#6: Carrots

Great for the eyes.

Now, you’ve probably heard the old saying that “Carrots help you see in the dark”. And, yet, carrots look nothing like the eye, do they?

Well, not at first glance.

However, if you cut the top off the carrot and then look inside it, the pattern inside the carrot looks a lot like the human eye! And now you know where that old saying about Carrots and Night Vision comes from.

#7: Beetroot

Beetroot is the colour of blood, and is one of the most effective blood builders. In fact, after I had a bleeding stomach ulcer, nearly 10 years ago – I drank apple, carrot, beet and lemon juice daily (tastes great by the way, and is supremely healthy for anybody). And, sure enough, this helped my blood levels return to normal (without having a potentially dangerous blood transfusion, or taking iron tablets).

So, it’s one thing to ‘Eat Healthy’ – but it’s even more powerful to think carefully about which foods nourish, heal and strengthen which body-parts. Thinking this way to take your Health and Performance to a whole new level.
