Oh, I get it…
I understand…
That’s boring! That might not really be what you want to hear!
You just want the “tips” and “techniques” that you can use tonight, right? You want the “Magic Bullets” and the quick fixes. I don’t blame you if that’s the case. It’s human nature.
But, honestly, I’d be selling you short if I didn’t drive the following point home:
If you want to significantly INCREASE how long you can last in bed – you must work on your health.
I mean, think about it…
No matter what kind of PERFORMANCE you desire (be it “bedroom performance,” athletic performance, mental performance, and so on) isn’t it true that you can only really have any of these things – in the long run – if you are healthy?
Sure, you could take a “Desensitizing Spray” to last longer, and you might last longer…
But God Knows what toxic chemicals are in those sprays, and what side effects they have in the long run. Plus, how the heck do you explain it to your woman?
“Hey babe, I’m just going to spray this numbing cream on my dick before I fuck you. True, I won’t feel anything, and the experience will be incredibly empty, but at least I won’t shoot in 30 seconds anymore”
Do you think that’s what a woman wants to hear?
Do you think that makes a man respectable, someone to be admired, in a woman’s eyes?
Let’s move away from Sex for a second…
If you wanted to run a marathon – would it be reasonable if I first said: You need to be healthy?
If you wanted to make 10 million dollars – would it be reasonable if I said: the starting point is to be healthy?
If you wanted to have laser-like focus and mental clarity – would it be fair of me to say that BEING HEALTHY is the number 1 thing that’ll get you to that goal?
You see what I’m saying, right?
Most people these days, in the West, are IDIOTS. Especially when it comes to their health. They want it all – but are prepared to do almost nothing to attain it (and this is why, from about age 30 onwards, most people’s health and performance deteriorates badly, with every passing decade – and for many folks, the last 5-10 years of their lives are mostly miserable, due to ill health).
Most people spend their lives chasing endless “Magic Bullets,” and many never see any improvement.
So if you’re serious about lasting 20, 30 minutes, or more, and sharing wonderful sexual experiences with the women you go to bed with…
Then please understand that:
- You must be healthy in order to achieve this goal and maintain it in the long-run
- Every tip, technique, and strategy that follows in this blog post will make you a healthier, better man (I won’t suggest anything that compromises your health in the long run, simply for short term performance gains)
The 4 Biggest Areas of Your Health That You Probably Need to Work On…
If you want to last long enough to curl your woman’s toes and hear her SCREAM your name in the bedroom…
Then you should pay attention to 4 key areas of your health (because as I said in the previous section: being HEALTHY is the foundation for great “staying power.”)
- Hydration
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Sleep
Right now, I’ll go over these 4 areas briefly…

Hydration…
Science has proven that a mere 2% drop in your hydration levels can lead to a whopping 20% drop in your performance…
…including both mental and physical performance.
Clearly, if you want to be HEALTHY, and you want to avoid being a “2 Pump Chump” in the bedroom…
You have to pay attention to your hydration levels! (Fun Fact: being better hydrated also leads to “Bigger Loads” – something most women find a massive turn on. To maximize the size of your “loads” – try The Huge Load Formula)
Now, these days most people drink A LOT…
But, they seem to drink everything but the one liquid your body really craves…
WATER.
People drink coffee, tea, “sports drinks,” soda, alcohol, and so on…
The problem is… many of these drinks contain an abundance of empty calories (just check out how many calories your next “Costa” or “Starbucks” contains), and, arguably worse still… Some of these drinks, despite being fluids, are actually DEHYDRATING!
So, even though I genuinely believe many folks would rather drink Horse Piss than drink water, my suggestion to you, my friend, is:
- Drink Clean Water every day
- 6-8 glasses is a good starting point
- Experiment with drinking cold, warm, or room temperature water (personally I like warm water much better than cold and find it much easier to drink – other people find the opposite)
- For variety, try adding a little Himalayan Salt, Raw Honey, Lemon, or Lime to your drinking water
- If you are a bigger man, you may need more water
- When you exercise, you’ll definitely need more water (for reference: I usually get through about 500ml of water per hour of Strength Training or Tennis)
- Drink most of your water BETWEEN meals, not during meals (because water dilutes your stomach acids and slows down digestion)
- If you wait till you feel thirsty, you’re already dehydrated! So try to get into the habit of drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up, then another between each meal/snack (this way it’s quite easy to drink 6-8 glasses in a day)
Nutrition…
Arguably, nothing will have a bigger effect on your health and performance than what you eat on a consistent daily basis.
If you want to be very healthy, and have strong staying power in the bedroom, then you need to eat wisely, and eat well.
Sadly, most Westerners these days eat the SAD diet… “The Standard American Diet”… and SAD just about sums it up!
It’s a quite frankly pathetic diet that leads to premature aging, a myriad of aches, pains and dis-eases… and probably a reduced lifespan too (and certainly a reduced “Healthspan”).
Plus, the SAD diet does nothing positive for your sexual performance – lowering your Testosterone Levels, worsening your Circulation, increasing Stress…
Leaving you less than Rock Hard “down there”…
And definitely not able to last 20, 30, 40 minutes or more.
Is there a better way to eat than the SAD Diet?
Of course there is…
Now, I should point out that I’m not fanatical about any particular diet… I’m not vegan, vegetarian or Carnivore. I don’t religiously do intermittent fasting, Keto or Paleo.
That said, I do have a set of simple nutritional principles that are bound to improve your health, if you’ll stick to them at least 90-95% of the time:
- Eat only when you are hungry (don’t make eating a hobby!)
- Stop eating when you are no longer hungry
- Avoid eating till you are “stuffed” (if you have to undo the top button of your pants after every meal, something is wrong in the old “Portion Control” Department)
See, I told you this was simple, right? 🙂
And you might even wonder why I’m stating the obvious…
Well, here’s why…
In some states in the US, the Obesity rate is now reported to be 70%. Yup, SEVENTY percent!
So, clearly what’s obvious to some people, is actually not very obvious at all to most people!
Let’s keep going:
- Eat a natural, minimally processed diet (If you can kill it, pull it from the ground, or pick it from a bush or tree, that’s probably good. For instance: chicken and beef, potatoes and carrots, apples and pears. If, however, it comes in a tin or packet and just needs “3 minutes in the Microwave” – you’re likely better off without it)
- Emphasize quality wherever possible (For instance: buy organic whenever you can. If you eat meat, make it free range, grass fed, pastured and so on. Avoid factory farmed, corn fed, pumped full of steroids, antibiotics, hormones, GMO’s and all that nonsense)
Final Nutrition Tip:
- You’re only human. Once in a while you may eat a slice or two of pizza, enjoy an ice cream at the cinema, or have a beer or two with your buddies… the secret to health and performance is to make this the exception, not the norm. And when it does happen, get back on track, FAST!
Exercise…
Exercise is key to health and performance.
If you cannot walk up a flight of stairs without being winded, what chance do you have of BANGING your wife senseless for 30 minutes non-stop? I’d wager the answer is “No Chance.”
My exercise recommendations are simple:
- Walk every day. This gently builds Cardiovascular Health (and stamina), and also improves circulation (which is important for erection hardness). A 20-30 minute walk each day is great (three 10 minute walks might be even better)
- Do some strength training 2-4 times a week (to build bone density, up your testosterone levels, and further your conditioning and stamina if you do it right… you don’t even need to go to the gym to do this – you can do Press Ups, Pull Ups, Squats and Lunges, at home, with minimal equipment)
Sadly, studies show the average American spends 3-7 hours A DAY watching TV. Which partly explains the alarming dis-ease and obesity stats…
And also explains the epidemic of Low T and ED…
Meaning: if you want to avoid being fat, sick and lousy in bed – it’s a wise idea to trade some of those “TV Hours” for exercise!
Sleep…
For health and performance, sleep is key.
Most men do well to aim for 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep each night…
Yet studies show most men (85-90% or more) DO NOT achieve this.
Here’s why sleep is important:
When you sleep well – 8 hours a night – your T-Levels go UP, and your Stress (Cortisol Levels) go DOWN…
A recipe for hard erections, lots of energy, and plenty of stamina in the bedroom.
Of course, the reverse is also true…
When you fail to get 8 hours of deep, uninterrupted sleep each night, your Testosterone Levels go DOWN, and your Stress Levels (Cortisol) goes UP…
A recipe for low energy, poor mood, limp erections, and a lack of libido and stamina.
Here are some simple sleep recommendations:
- Ensure your bedroom is cool, pitch black (use black out blinds if necessary),and that your mattress is comfortable
- Sleep grounded (read the book “Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever” to learn more)
- Make sure all electrical devices in your bedroom are turned off
- Don’t do anything stressful within 2 hours of bed (no watching horror movies, no listening to heavy metal, no work, and so on)
- Develop a Pre-Sleep Ritual (a relaxing routine you do 30-60 minutes before bed)
