2. Talk a Walk
Walking is a great way to lower your stress levels. It doesn’t even have to be a long walk either. 2 or 3 short – 10 minute – walks through the day is great. And the benefits are huge.
Just remember to look straight ahead, and let your arms swing naturally as you stride. This way you get some great postural benefits from walking (something I’ll talk more to you about in the next day or two). 3. Stop Doing that Job you Hate!
I realize this can be easier said than done. But, it blows my mind how many people spend 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, doing something they can’t stand. Often for 40 or 50 years!!!
I used to be in this position myself, and it led me to a bleeding stomach ulcer! So, I know all about the stressful effects of a job you HATE.
So seriously…

I am diabetic, have a defrebilotor/pacemaker, rated at 100% with the VA and have PTSD, ANXIETY, ANGRY ALL THE TIME and taking meds for all that, but that’s not my problem. My wife had 2 strokes at the same time back on November 29 and was admitted into the hospital and released on December 16 and now she is home with me. She can’t move her body at all and has lost the movement of her left arm and leg. I am taking care of her 24/7 by feeding her, changing her and picking her up with a lift to get her into the wheelchair. I try to get some kind of sleep whenever I can but it seems that almost every 15 or 20 minutes she calls me to either change her and/or move her as she can’t go to the bathroom. If I get at least 1/2 hour of sleep I get a little energized. I haven’t had a good sex life for almost 7 years on account I cannot get an erection and keep it up. So I use an injection along with a pump and I still loose it after 2 minutes or so. I used to be real active as far as sex is concerned but due to this AGENT ORANGE CRAP from VIETNAM I can no longer perform and satisfy her anymore. Even more so now that she had this strokes. When I change her, I see her naked body and my mind isn’t on having sex with her but to clean her up and change her. Would this be normal for any man like me? Many thanks for your response to my query early this month. I was trying to reply in the thread; but not sure whether I could do that. Anyway, as you wanted to know about some of my conditions, here is the facts:
Sleep: I get 6 to 7 hours uninterrupted. Trying to make it 7 hrs or more daily.
Stress: I consider my stress level medium. I try to meditate, at least twice a week
Food: I am avoiding raw sugar since last 3 months. Generally avoid junk, oily, fried food. But the main problem is the availability of organic, unprocessed food. I take home made food most of the time but many of the time I have to take poultry meat, fish etc. and seldom get wild fish, meat etc. I take vegetables and water at average level.
Exercise: I walk for 30-40 min in the morning daily. Then do some light yoga for 15 min. That’s it; no other exercise. I do a private service where mostly desk job is concerned. However, I get 2 days weekend:)
I have been consuming your RH formula for last 4 months; using EYT for the last 6 weeks. I am getting some result no doubt. But if you ask my satisfaction about the performance improvement – its about 40-50% I can say. I had both ED and PE issues.
Now would you suggest me to combine your “Go all Night” formula along with RH? if yes, kindly explain.

It does if you follow the instructions and use 2 LEVEL teaspoons – which is 5 grams.
If you do 2 HEAPED teaspoons, sure, in that case it won’t last as long. However, that’s not what it says on the packet.
If you have gone through a packet in 12-13 days, you’ve used more than DOUBLE what is recommended on the packet. That’s not a problem though, because Rock Hard contains only SuperTonic Herbs – so using more won’t be detrimental and will likely be BENEFICIAL!

Another issue, I sometimes take penis pills before the intercourse to get the desired performance. The main reason behind that is that I am not getting satisfactory results from Rock Hard Formula. I do not smoke and do not take alcohol. I walk for 30 min regularly. I have no diabetes and am free from heart disease. I try to take healthy food. I am 43 years old. 2tsp a day, of Rock Hard Formula, is what we recommend, yes.
Respect for NOT smoking, and drinking. That’s good. And, walking for 30 minutes regularly is great.
Here’s what I need you to know:
– As you get older, you HAVE TO ‘step your game up’ just to MAINTAIN your current level of Health & Performance. Now, if your Sexual Performance isn’t where you want it to be, you have to REALLY TAKE ACTION, and do more in order to fix your problem!
Here are some questions to consider:
– How is your sleep? If it’s not 8 hours a night, quality, your Cortisol will be UP, and Testosterone down. So, you HAVE TO sleep well if you want to perform well. Period
– How are you STRESS LEVELS? Too much stress is a libido and erection KILLER. Most people are stressed and most men cannot perform these days. Coincidence? I don’t think so. STRESS = LIMP NOODLE “down there”
– How is your diet? Is it organic, and made up of natural, unprocessed foods? If it’s not, well, there’s another place to improve
See what I mean?
Everyone wants a “Magical Pill” to turn them into Superman. Doesn’t work like that.

– Keep taking Rock Hard consistently (at least 2 tsp a day. Though, feel free to try 3 or 4)

Keep it in a cool, dry cupboard, with the pack fully sealed (and push all the air out before sealing).
Avoid putting a wet spoon in the packet.
If it does harden a little, it won’t effect the results. Just crush it up in the packet, and when you add very warm water (or blend it), it’ll go smooth

I eat healthy and follow all the sleep hygiene stuff. I think it’s killing my strength gains as I’m a 40 yo aspiring powerlifter

I am due to compete in December of this year. It’ll be my first contest in about 7 or 8 years!
You are absolutely right about a lack of sleep killing your gains. I mean, it might not stop you getting stronger, or adding muscle entirely – but it’ll really HURT your gains. How long has the sleep issue been going on?
If I was in that situation:
– I’d get the all clear to ditch the sleep meds from my Doc
– I’d find ways to get into a parasympathetic state before bedtime (as opposed to a sympathetic state). Because this’ll really help sleep. It could be taking a warm shower, listening to rain noises, meditation, perhaps even some foam rolling

Regarding your situation with your wife… it’s great that she’s beautiful and that you’re so into her! 🙂
However, it’s not so great that your desire is so far ahead of hers (or, that hers is so far behind yours).
I always say that a woman’s desire is closely related to the QUALITY of the sex she experiences with her
man. The higher the quality of that sex, the more she’ll want!
So, are you being dominant?
Are you talking dirty?
Are you creative in the bedroom?
And, most importantly… are you ensuring she has multiple orgasms every time?
If you do ALL those things, every time, her desire WILL increase 🙂
