…and you’re wanting to LAST LONGER in bed, have much more satisfying sex with your woman, and so on.

However, if you’ve not yet gotten your hands on a tub of Go All Night – here’s where you can get some

The Stress Factor (Fix This, Fix Your “Staying Power”)…

Too much stress will lead to Premature Ejaculation…

That’s a FACT.

In this section, you’ll find out why – and then you’ll discover exactly what you can do about it…

Consider the following 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1:

You go out for dinner, share some great conversation, and banter with your woman. Then you take a leisurely drive home, run her a warm relaxing bath, give her a massage, and then the sex happens.

Scenario 2:

You meet a drop-dead gorgeous Yoga teacher, in her 20’s, at the gym. She wants you to fuck her in the bathroom. On the one hand, she’s DROP DEAD GORGEOUS… but on the other hand: you’d be CHEATING on your woman, and you might get caught in the bathrooms. Regardless, you choose to fuck her.

Now let me ask you this:

In which scenario do you think you’d CUM the fastest?

The answer is obvious, right?

It’s Scenario 2.

In Scenario 2 you may struggle to last a minute. Sure, it may be the most exciting minute of your life, but that’s beside the point.

The point is: Scenario 2 is unlikely to last 30, 40 minutes, or more (whereas scenario 1 might).

The question is:

Why?

The answer is:

STRESS.

Sure, it’s an incredibly exciting kind of stress – getting to fuck a hot young woman in a public place – but it is stressful nonetheless. And that stress leads to premature ejaculation.

Let’s delve a little deeper into the Science:

There are various stress chemicals in your body…

One example of Cortisol. Another is Dopamine.

You feel Dopamine when you achieve something. When you win at the Casino, pull off a successful business venture, or fuck a hot young yoga teacher in the bathroom at the gym!

Although Dopamine feels GOOD – sometimes very VERY good – it’s still a form of Stress.

Cortisol goes up when you feel the BAD kind of stress… when your Boss wants to tell you off, when you have an argument with your wife, or when the Doctor tells you that you have a dis-ease.

To last longer in bed, you must have reasonably low-stress levels.

Think about Scenario 2 again:

The “Public Bathroom Fuck” with the crazy hot young yoga instructor.

Here’s the reality of that situation…

If you’re a relaxed, generally low-stress kind of guy, you’ll probably have no problem ‘getting it up’ and fucking her. Though it’ll likely still be all over A LOT quicker than if you’d taken her out to dinner, leisurely driven her back to your place, and so on.

If you’re a fairly stressed guy – like many men are today – you’ll probably just about manage to ‘get it up’ (and then it’ll be over in a minute or two).

And how about if you’re a total stress-head?

Well, in that case, adding more stress (even if it’s a very pleasurable kind of stress!) is likely more than you can handle…

And, as much as you’d like to, you probably won’t even be able to ‘get it up’ for this hot yoga teacher who desperately wants you to take her in the public bathroom (and then instead of this being the most EXCITING 2 minutes of your life… it’ll end up being the most DISAPPOINTING).

So here’s the thing…

You cannot go through life without stress. It’s impossible.

But, what you can do, is this:

Build up your Stress Tolerance.

And:

Live your life in a way that reduces your stress levels (hint: being hydrated, correct nutrition, daily exercise, proper sleep, spending time doing things you love, and getting out in nature all help).

Habits and Practices for Increased Stress Resilience (These WILL Help You Last A Lot Longer)…

Now that you understand that the key to LASTING LONGER is to be very resilient when it comes to stress…

The question is:

How can you turn yourself into that super relaxed, laid-back, stress resilient kind of guy? Think James Bond or Neo in The Matrix (the kind of guys who are relaxed and laid back even when they’re outgunned, with bullets flying by at a gazillion miles an hour).

Here’s your answer:

Take Go All Night

This is a no-brainer…

Especially since you’ve already bought some!

Go All Night increases your Stress Tolerance, benefiting your overall health and your sex life by helping you to last much longer.

Take it daily, as per the recommendations on the label.

For reference – customers who take Go All Night in addition to Rock Hard and/or Alpha Strength – usually get even better results from Rock Hard/Alpha Strength (proving the point that today, most men are stressed – even if they don’t really realize it!)

Meditation

Once upon a time, I used to think Meditation was some hippy-dippy BS, only done by weirdos and Monks sitting on the side of a mountain in Tibet.

These days I don’t go a day without meditation. And, if I do occasionally miss a day, I’ll meditate TWICE the next day.

Like any person, I have my good points and my bad points…

On the plus side – I’m driven, determined, ambitious, hard-working, and so on.

On the downside, for many years I had no idea how to really RELAX. If I wasn’t busy – doing something – I felt like I was ‘wasting time.’ This made me a very impatient, frustrated, and sometimes angry person at times (even when I was successful at work, having loads of sex, competing in powerlifting, and so on. My life probably looked great to other people – but I often really wasn’t enjoying it anywhere near as much as I could have).

Meditation changed all that for me.

It’s made me much more relaxed, calm, and peaceful. It made me more grateful. It made me less angry and impatient.

I recommend everyone meditates.

20 minutes a day is great. That’s not much. You can make the time if you want. And when you do, you’ll never look back.

Some of my favorite Meditations are:

Isha Kriya by Sadghuru

And:

The Formula by Doctor Joe Dispenza

I see meditation as “mental training.” Even an idiot can see that if you don’t use your muscles, they will atrophy and you’ll be weak and, ultimately, useless in the end. Yet, most people today (including me for many years) totally neglect “mental training.”

My advice to you is to meditate. It will do many remarkable things for your health and performance. Including lowering your Stress Levels, and improving your stamina in the bedroom.

Breathing practices

In the list I gave you in Part 1, I gave you 4 areas of your health that I feel you should work on – hydration, nutrition, exercise, and sleep.

However, maybe BREATHING should actually be TOP of that list!

Here’s why:

Breathing affects your health in ways you cannot imagine…

It dramatically lowers your stress levels when you breathe well (and therefore, improves your stamina in the bedroom too)…

When you breathe well, your resting heart rate is lower, your blood pressure is lower, and when you exert yourself your heart rate will not go as high as it would if you breathed incorrectly…

If you’re thinking all of this may affect your ability to GET HARD and STAY HARD then you are nothing but CORRECT!

Now, you may also be thinking:

“Come on Adam. I know how to breathe. Don’t be wasting my time.”

And I get why you’d think that – you’ve been breathing for DECADES, right? Maybe without ever really considering it at all.

But here’s the thing…

Most people today breathe like shit. Really badly. For a variety of reasons, including:

  • Genetics
  • Posture
  • Lifestyle
  • Incorrect exercise (or lack of)
  • Dietary choices
  • Sleep habits
  • Traumas (both physical and mental/emotional)
  • And more

Breathing well should look like this:

  • You breathe through your nose AT ALL TIMES (unless you are talking)
  • Your breathing is steady and controlled (and reasonably slow. According to the book Breath by James Nestor – highly recommended by the way – the ideal breath is 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out. That’s quite a long time! Certainly, a much slower breath than most people take!
  • As you breathe in, your belly and then chest should expand. And as you breathe out your chest and belly should contract
  • As you breathe, your shoulders should NOT rise

Is this how most adults breathe?

NO, it is not.

Many westerners breathe more like this:

  • Through the nose until any kind of exertion (even walking) then through the mouth, or worse…
  • Through the mouth most of the time
  • Shoulders rise and fall with every breath (belly and chest do not really expand and contract as they should)

Making any of these mistakes WILL lead to more stress, less health, energy, and vitality, and worse staying power in the bedroom.

My advice?

  • For starters, start paying attention to your breath. Notice how you breathe. Observe it in the mirror. And for God sake – close your MOUTH and breathe through your NOSE
  • When you exercise, try to breathe through your nose (you may have to scale back your efforts at first, but over time you can build up to really a quite strenuous exercise being performed with nasal breathing. The reward will be lower heart rate and lower blood pressure, even when you’re doing the same intensity and duration of exercise as before! And that will lead to less stress, more stress tolerance, and better stamina in the bedroom

Next:

  • Check out Wim Hoff’s breathing practices, look up Buteyko, and read the previously mentioned book Breathe. You’ll soon be breathing much better and enjoying better health and performance as a result

Expose Yourself To The Cold

Exposing yourself to the cold is interesting.

Taking a cold shower or a cold bath actually temporarily RAISES your Stress Levels…

But, over time your body adapts and your tolerance to stress INCREASES.

It’s like lifting weights…

Actually lifting weights is a stressor. But your body adapts to it, and afterward, as you recover and get stronger, you end up feeling less stress going about your daily life – because you are now more tolerant to stress.

You must start gently with cold exposure.

I think Contrast Showers are a good option:

  • 1-minute hot water
  • 30 seconds cold
  • Repeat for 4-6 rounds
  • Increase the hot temperature and decrease the cold temperature as your body adapts

After that, you can progress to cold baths.

Just be sure to avoid cold exposure when you are ill or already sick – because in those circumstances the cold (stress) can be more than your body can deal with… and the results can be counterproductive.
