Let’s now discuss some strategies you can actually use IN THE BEDROOM, in order to last longer…
Toaist Thrusting…
Here’s a thrusting technique from the East, that’s literally thousands of years old…
And it has 2 benefits:
- It helps YOU last longer
- It tends to make your woman CUM
Here’s what you do:
- You can use any sex position for Taoist Thrusting, though it’s probably easiest in The Missonary Position (You on top of her)
- You do 9 shallow thrusts, then 1 deep. Then 8 shallow and 2 deep. Then 7 shallow and 3 deep. Keep going until you get to 1 shallow thrust and 8 deep. Then repeat the process. I usually find that at some point during the 2nd time through, your woman will CUM (especially if you throw in some dominant dirty talk)
A couple of tips for Taoist Thrusting:
- Don’t obsess over the counting of thrusts. If you do, you’ll be too much “in your head” and not enough in the experience, and that’ll be a turn off for your woman
- If you do a thrust too many, or a thrust too few, it’s no big deal… just carry on

Grinding…

In this scenario, grinding, instead of thrusting, can be a powerful technique – because it will reduce the sensitivity you are feeling, and allow you to keep going longer.
Seriously though…

Creativity…
For many couples, sex becomes PREDICTABLE (and BORING) primarily because men are lacking creativity.
You might think this is harsh on men, but I stand by it. Because I’ve never met an emotionally healthy woman who wasn’t willing to follow me a wildly different, and wildly exciting sexual adventures (so long as I was willing to instigate them!).
How does creativity relate to stamina?
Well, if you just “go through the motions” 2 or 3 nights a week…
Same way every time…

When I was younger, I quickly realized a few things about sex:
- If I switched my focus from MY PLEASURE to HER PLEASURE – I’d automatically LAST LONGER (because it’d take the focus off my cock and ejaculation, and put it on making her feel good)
- By making her feel good, she’d feel the desire to reciprocate and make me feel good (as opposed to just laying there and “taking it”)

Change Positions…
Here’s another simple way to last longer…
Change sexual positions.
Think about it…
Which is easier – trying to last 30 minutes in ONE position, non-stop?
OR:

The second option obviously makes it easier.
To make the most of this techniques, obey these key pointers:
