2. Ensure You’re Hydrated

- Experiment with drinking water of different temperatures – room temperature, cold or warm – and see which you find easiest to drink
3. Do Not Ejaculate Too Often

Don’t ask me how often “too often” is, because it depends on the person!

My lab work shows my testosterone is consistently around 1300 and I’m 65 years old. Should I even take Rock Hard (haven’t rec’d my order yet)?
