Here’s Some Radical Honesty About Health and Performance that Most Men Over 40 Need to Hear…

Now, I’m just going to get straight to the point and say it:

In the West most of us have health BACKWARDS…

We spend more on health than ever before… we have more Medications, Drugs and Surgical Procedures than ever before…

Yet we’re fatter, sicker and more dis-eased than ever before too.

Why?

Well, we have a silly health system. In very simple terms it works like this:

  • People are NOT encouraged to take any control of their own health (and they’re not educated on health when they’re growing up)…
  • People wait till they feel UNWELL to visit a Doctor…
  • Doctor gives them Medications to treat the Symptoms (failing to deal with underlying CAUSES)…
  • Medications often cause side-effects – leading to more health problems (and oftentimes, more medications, to counteract the effect of previous medications!)…
  • If Medications don’t work, other – usually more invasive procedures are suggested (like surgery)

It ends up becoming a vicious cycle of events, where people end up taking ever more medications as the years go by.

To understand how backwards this system is, let me show you…

One of the most interesting stats I’ve ever discovered when it comes to Western Medicine:

In my opinion, the Ancient Eastern approach to health and performance is way smarter than ours.

In a nutshell:

  • You were encouraged to take responsibility for your own health
  • You hired a Doctor to keep you WELL – paying him or her regular visits (during these visits the Doctors would tell you what lifestyle changes, if any, you needed to make, and possibly – prescribe you herbs to increase your level of Health and Vitality)
  • If you became unwell, you FIRED your DOCTOR – because he’d FAILED in his duty to keep you well! (Next Step? You found a new one who was capable of helping you maintain a higher level of Health and Performance)

To me, this was a simpler, far more sophisticated system of health. One that made sense, logically.

Of course, the reason why the Western system is how it is, is because Big Pharma exists to MAKE MONEY. But, that’s a RANT for another day.

What’s important right now, is that YOU and ME, as individuals, have a choice…

>> We can live like idiots, poisoning ourselves with junk food, junk thoughts, junk relationships and so on… living like ‘sitting ducks’ just waiting to get ILL (and then we can take Medications to try and get rid of the SYMPTOMS)

Or:

>> We can live like intelligent ADULTS, taking responsibility for our own Health as much as possible – and we can teach our kids how to do the same (only using Western Medicine as a ‘last resort’ if it’s absolutely necessary)

2 Key Points:

  • Having a headache, cutting your finger, or stubbing your big toe doesn’t count as “absolutely necessary” (yet people flock to see the Doctor/Hospital all the time, and often take toxic drugs, for minor ailments such as these. It’s moronic)

In the West we’ve become “quick fix” addicts…

Get up at 8am on Saturday morning and feel fine.

I’d train at the gym on a Saturday morning at 11am with no adverse effects from the night before, even if I’d drank some alcohol (which I NEVER do these days).

I’d repeat this crazy schedule on Saturday night – and still get a great workout in on Sunday, and often sleep with my girlfriend 3 or 4 times as well.

Looking back, it was freaking nuts.

Not only did I not WORRY about sleep, stress, Testosterone and so on… I never even CONSIDERED it.

I was like a well-oiled MACHINE. It worked, even though, in some ways, I was ABUSING myself!

How about 40?

For a 40-year-old guy things are DIFFERENT.

For starters, Testosterone Levels have been dropping for about 10 years (since 29 or 30 years of age) – which is likely going to negatively effect sex-drive and erection quality.

However, at 40, so long as you have at least reasonable genetics – you should still be pretty healthy.

You probably not full-on LIMP “down there”…

A job you LOVE…

Work on it daily

An hour in the morning, an hour at night, and plenty of time in between spent doing stuff to BENEFIT your HEALTH!

Because I promise you this…

I might only be 35 years young as I type, but I sure-as-hell know this…

You’ll miss it when it’s gone.

And when it (your health) goes… so will your erections.

It’s that simple.

So here it is…

The Ugly Truth About Fixing Your Health and Performance Once You’re 40 Plus…

  • The older and more unhealthy you are, the more things you need to do to improve your health
  • While certain pills/supplements can work great for certain men, it’s always better (and more powerful) to approach improving your health, fitness and vitality from MULTIPLE angles
  • Your PENIS is a powerful barometer of your overall health (if you can ‘get it up’ EASILY, and if you can ‘stay hard’ long enough to SATISFY your wife, without a problem – that’s a very good sign)
  • You HAVE TO take responsibility for your own health, if you want to experience high levels of it, as well as sexual performance to be proud of (because all Doctors know is to treat symptoms, not causes… and that’s not a recipe for life-long Health, or life-long sexual performance)
