Confidence Can Be The Difference Between Success and Failure – Here’s How to Give Yours a Boost…

Confidence a BIG DEAL. Most men are lacking it, and want more of it. Yet, they have no idea how to increase their confidence.

Think about it…

Confidence can be the difference between a woman saying “YES” when you ask her out on a date, and her thinking you’re a weirdo and blowing you off like the other 5 LOSERS she said “NO” to this week.

Confidence can be the difference between getting that new job, or successfully negotiating for that pay rise… and failing miserably.

Confidence can be the difference between women finding you attractive before you’ve even opened your mouth, and women failing to find you attractive no matter how tall, dark and handsome you might be.

More seriously…

Confidence can be physical harm or well-being. Life or death. This is because violent attackers often pick on the weak, vulnerable and those obviously lacking in confidence (they usually attack the elderly, and women. They don’t usually attack some Mountain of a Man who looks so cock-sure he could knock you off your feet with just a stare!)

Ok. Intro over, let’s get into the practical tips…

5 Ways to Boost Your Confidence TODAY…

#1: Perfect Practice

Confidence comes from knowing you can do something well.

Consider the following scenario:

When you first ride a bicycle, you have no confidence because you’ve never done it before. However, once you start practicing, and you build some competency, your confidence grows.

And, eventually you hit that amazing point where you OWN the skill, and it’ll never leave you, no matter how long you don’t ride a bike for. This is often called unconscious competency.

Well, many things in life are the same in so much that:

  • You need to practice the thing you want to get good at
  • Eventually, with enough practice, you get to the point where you can execute the task with unconscious competence. And, this will likely result in a high degree of CONFIDENCE

The key point here is the idea of PERFECT Practice. This doesn’t mean you’ll hit every golf shot perfectly (if you’re practicing your golf swing), or every investment you’ll make will be a winner (if you’re practicing your investment skills).

But, what it does mean is:

  • You know exactly what you are trying to achieve when you practice (nothing is vague or unspecified)
  • You are 100% committed to practice. And 100% committed to practicing the right things. So, if you’re practicing your Tennis Serve, you aren’t answering texts from your wife or girlfriend in between shots. You’re 100% committed to your serve!

I know of no FASTER way to build CONFIDENCE than to PRACTICE PERFECTLY, until you reach that magical level of unconscious competence where you can ‘pull off’ the skill at a high level, automatically, without having to consciously think your way through it.

That’s POWER. And that’s AMAZING.

#2: Maximize Your Physicality

I know it’s trendy these days to say that everyone is the same. But, let’s be honest…

It’s hard to be confident if you’re UGLY or out-of-shape.

So, if you want to feel more CONFIDENT, do everything you can to maximize your physicality.

Lose weight if you need to…

Gain muscle…

Get stronger…

Improve your athleticism…

Get a quality haircut…

Do some Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil to whiten your teeth…

Moisturize with something natural, to make your skin glow…

Figure out what kind of facial hair suits you…

You get the idea. And it sounds very simple. But, how many people do it? Based on my observations, and proven statistics… not many! The FACT that 40% of Americans are now overweight kinda backs up my point, huh?

And don’t give me this bullshit:

“It’s possible to be FAT and still be CONFIDENT and HAPPY”

Not true. Being fat will erode your confidence (and your health). Period.

#3: Stop Spending Time with People Who Put You Down

There’s nothing worse than a ‘friend’ who puts you down every time you try to better yourself.

Or, a ‘friend’ who pokes fun at you, in front of people you’re trying to make a good impression with.

Or, a ‘friend’ who simply never has anything nice/decent/positive to say about you.

You don’t need these people in your life. And, they’re surprisingly common.

Get rid of them and your CONFIDENCE will instantly grow.

#4: Develop a Strong ‘Inner Circle’

This is the opposite of kicking people into touch who constantly put you down (point 3 on this list).

Developing a strong ‘Inner Circle’ of people is all about finding people who add value to your life. And, you do the same for them.

So, you all help each other grow and become better. Which, naturally, leads to HIGHER CONFIDENCE.

A good example is when I was competing in Powerlifting. I had a team of training partners who I’d always train with. These guys helped me, I’d help them, and together we grew STRONGER.

It’s a fairly simple concept to understand, but building your ‘Inner Circle’ can take time. Well worth it though.

#5: Get Good In The Bedroom!

Nothing has ever boosted my confidence quite like getting incredibly good at sex. I remember, before I really mastered ‘women and sex’, I kinda felt like I had this ‘dirty little secret’.

The dirty little secret being that:

I knew NOTHING about women or sex.

But, once I worked on this area of my life, and started to experience success with women (especially IN the bedroom), my CONFIDENCE grew like wildfire.

I firmly believe that any man who becomes devilishly good at giving women pleasure, earns a level of confidence that transfers over into ALL the other important areas of his life.

In fact, it’s likely no coincidence that I didn’t really achieve any financial success until I first achieved relationship and sexual success!
