You probably already know that I have a partner on the whole Rock Hard Formula project. His name is Elwin Robinson, and it was Elwin – with his more than 10 years of expertise into Ancient Taoist Superherbs – who actually formulated Rock Hard (with a little help and experimentation from yours truly).

- His Testosterone Levels in early 2019 at now at the HIGHER end of the scale for a man his age
Question is:
“What Did Elwin Do to Go From Having ‘Ok’ Testosterone Levels, to High Testosterone Levels?”
Well, of course he consumes our Superherb Blends like Rock Hard Formula. After getting back his Testosterone Results in 2017, and finding out that his T-Levels were at the LOW end of AVERAGE for his age, Elwin did some research.
His research led him to the teachings of Wim Hoff, and the Power of The Cold.
Essentially, if you gradually expose yourself to increasingly cold temperatures (particularly of WATER), and gradually build up the duration you do it for, your Health and Testosterone Levels can go-through-the-roof (as proven by Elwin’s increase in Testosterone – from being at the Low end of Average for his age, to being HIGH).
Now, Wim Hoff is a crazy bastard. The guy has pushed the Cold to extreme levels – including hiking up Mount Everest in just a pair of shorts! No joke.
But, I’m not suggesting you do that. Not yet anyway!
Elwin’s gotten pretty damn good – taking regular Ice Baths (just like many athletes do, to help them recover and build testosterone, after intense training sessions or games).
Honestly though, I don’t recommend you do any of that to get started.
To get started with ‘cold therapy’ to boost your testosterone levels, and strengthen your immune system, I recommend you:
Begin In The Shower!

Yep, that’s right. Your shower is a great place to start.
Here’s what I do 5-7 times a week (usually after my strength training sessions):
- I get in the shower and turn it up quite hot for 1-3 minutes (the time varies each day, but always between 1 and 3 minutes)
- Then I turn it quite cold for 30-60 seconds (again, the time varies each day, but it’s almost always between 30-60 seconds)
- Then I repeat for 4-6 rounds in total, getting a little hotter each time when it’s time for HOT, and a little colder each time when it’s time for COLD
Ease yourself into this SLOWLY!

Here Are Some Key Points About ‘Contrast Showers’ that You Need to Know:

- If you’re anything like me, at first your ability to handle the COLD water will be a joke. You’ll HATE it. But, I promise you this: your ability will grow, fast. And, within a week or two, you may very well find that you can take the coldest water your shower will give you, without batting an eyelid (or flinching like a bitch… which is what I found I did when I first started)
- The warm water is relaxing, but you’ll soon CRAVE the cold – because it’s invigorating! Always end with COLD (unless it’s close to bedtime, in which case you can end with hot, because it’ll relax you before sleep)
- Keep your mouth shut and breathe through your nose the entire time. Not only is this the healthy way to breathe, it’ll also ensure you build up your cold tolerance SLOWLY (if you try to do too much, too soon, you’ll almost certainly open your mouth and be gasping for breath)
- In addition to boosting your Testosterone Levels, cold water will also boost your immune system, improve circulation (great for erection quality), reduce inflammation (this is a very good thing, because inflammation is one of the ‘global causes’ of nearly every dis-ease!)

ACTION STEP:
What you really need to do right now, starting today, is to ‘find a pair’ and start doing it. Start exposing yourself to that COLD WATER.
It’ll do tremendous things for your health and testosterone. It’ll make you feel ALIVE!!!

05/10/2023 - 2:30 amHi Adam, Daniel Nicholson:) This is ironic about the cold shower. I know of a Dr. Steven Gundry, very smart and good. About a year ago he emailed me about doing a “Scottish Shower”. He mentioned how hotter water is not good for our bodies. He asked me to try it and email him back with my thoughts on how it felt. A Scottish Shower is a cold shower & I am sure you know that. So I started with warm water and finished for a week straight doing it, damn if it wasn’t invigorating. Everything on my body felt amazingly better. I did it periodically after that. However, last week my water heater went out and I had a hard time getting a service person out. For 8 straight days I had to take absolutely frickin cold showers and wasn’t I little bitch for a few minutes each time before I got used to it. It’s different if you start with warm -hot water than cold all the way. I am going to follow how you say to do it from here on, especially when it boosts the T-levels. I think the only reason I made it through until my water heater got repaired is because I had done the Scottish Shower before. Your guy Elwin is a rare man doing what he did, send him my props. Cold water is definitely INVIGORATING once you get used to it! If you do Wim Hoff’s Breathing Method BEFORE a cold shower, it’s much easier to take the cold, and it has more benefits (look Wim up on YouTube if you haven’t already).
I like a lot of Gundry’s stuff, but I don’t know that it’s true to say hot water is not good for us. Whenever I’m doing hard physical training (which is most weeks of the year), my favorite type of shower post exercise is actually the Contrast Shower:
– 1 minute hot water, 30 seconds cold
– Repeat 4-6 times
Many of the greatest textbooks ever written on Strength and Conditioning – almost ALL written in Eastern Bloc Countries – mention the benefits of Hot/Cold Showers for recovery.
That said, I do think cold is where it’s at overall, so many days I now do this:
– Wim Hoff breathing in the morning, as part of my morning routine (along with Meditation and some movement drills), then a COLD shower for 2 minutes
– Contrast Shower post exercise, later in the day

It’s kind of like saying: if you eat a really healthy meal, then eat a really unhealthy dessert afterwards, does that negate the benefits of the healthy meal?
Well, no, it’s still good you ate the meal!
But, in the case of Rock Hard Formula – if you want the MAXIMUM sexual benefits, just say “NO” to the beer. Beer is never going to do your performance any good.
However, if you insist on drinking, you’re better off drinking AND having Rock Hard, than just drinking.

If you have the new container, with the scoop, use 1 scoop.
The old recommendation of 2 teaspoons is 2 LEVEL teaspoons – which is the same
as 1 scoop in the new container 🙂

eye to it. So long as you store it in a cool dark place (your kitchen cupboard
is fine), it’ll last for YEARS. And, it’ll never really go off. At worst, it’ll
lose a little potency, but that’d take years and years.

They’re different. For improving testosterone, erection hardness and sex-drive, it has to be Rock Hard Formula. That’s the #1 product if you want those benefits.
Longevity is fantastic as an overall Health Tonic, which supports many aspects of Health.
You can, of course, take both 🙂
Right now, we’re out of stock of Maca. But you can buy it elsewhere. Try to find Organic Maca that’s at least 8:1 Extract. Those 10:1 Extract, or even 12:1 Extract would be even better.
