Your body heals and recovers when you SLEEP. Your body produces Testosterone and Growth Hormone when you sleep.

If you’re tired as hell, always stressed and unrested – with elevated Cortisol (Stress Hormone) – do you think you’ll wake up with Morning Wood every day, and have a HIGH sex-drive?
